I didn't even book with this company but they managed, without any security checks, to issue tickets to someone who used my credit card details. Try finding a contact for them and you will be hunting for a very long time. Looking at the reviews it seems others have had similar issues.

I uploaded some seriously bad reviews of them on another review site and suddenly I was getting someone to contact. She spouted the same nonsense you are all getting: nothing they could do, complete police form(does not work where I live or for online transactions). Visa has a Verified One-Time-Password that this company says it is signed up to but did not use. They are basic thieves who are enriching themselves and the pockets of criminals by failing to put in place any checks to prevent hackers from flying the globe. It would be perfectly easy for them to see who used my card and cancel their booking but, no, such a sleazy bunch of crooks aren't going to hand back what they are not entitled to. If you live in Barcelona, do us all a favour. Put posters all over their offices warning others not to touch them and, very possibly, leading to an investigation about their practices. They bring Spain into disrepute.

Terrible company

This company sells something called "Flexible Travel dates" together with its tickets. It is very expensive - 101.50. But actually doesnt give you flexible travel dates... it gives you the right to change your dates but at the difference in fares, and in our case they wanted over 1 000 to change the first leg of a three leg journey which only cost 950 to start with!

We bought two tickets to go on holiday with them this summer (flights only with Lufthansa and ANA from Paris to Delhi to Tokyo and back to Paris).

We paid 956,43 for the tickets (so 1 912.86 for two of us).

At the same time, we paid two supplements of 101.50 each (so total of 203) for "Flexible travel dates".

We decided to change our dates this week for the first part of the trip (Paris/Delhi) and we were told that we would have to spend more than 1 000 extra per person to do the change. They said that what they called "Flexible travel dates", actually just gave us the right to change the tickets, but to pay the price-difference.

I have written to them giving them the option, either to refund us this useless policy that they have sold us with this false name, or to put us on the new flight that I have requested with no supplement.

Of course, they do not reply to our mails.

When you phone on the English language number you cant get through. However, you can try the French language number as we managed to get a reply from them...

Not that it helped very much!

While booking we selected the option of wheelchair assistance and paid over 600 but we did not get any ticket confirmation. Next day we recieved a mail from no reply mail box that additional information requested on wheel chair assistance. Only way was to call Spain number on that support person could not hear our voice. When I could speak to the customer support he said we have to pay 1000 extra as price have increased. He suggested to cancel the ticket and get refund. It was suppose to come in 10 days and even after a month I am still waiting for it.

! FRAUD ALERT!

This is a fraud company. Please never book any flight tickets with them. I have booked tickets from Dallas to chicago with them. While on the transaction page they shows me $735 and after i entered my credit card and finished transaction they charged me $1159. I went to my credit card company and they also didn't helped me out.

Hi all.

I just got back from a trip in which I got into major trouble because I used eDreams to book a flight with an airline company. I paid the flight to edreams and they never did the same to the airline. In the edreams app all seemed ok, but when i tried to check on the day of the flight, the company told me that the reservation was cancelled due to lack of payment of edreams.

Had to pay a new ticket to the airline for more than double the price to be able to travel and edreams never returned any of the money to me, not even the the one I paid to them and that they never gave to the airline.

Besides advising everyone not to use edreams in their lives, what else do you believe i should do?

I booked a flight that I had to move for 2 months after. So I called their service center, asked to change the flight, they charged me for it and then told me to wait to be transferred over the phone to another service. I waited for more than half an hour and they hung up on me! So I called again, asking if my reservation was made, they said that yes, and that I was charged, but that they still had to transfer me to this other service for me to get my ticket. Again, waited up to 30 mins and they hung up on me.
So, to get my ticket, I directly called the airplane company to ask for my reservation, they confirmed it and sent me the modified reservation. So I thought I was all good! Today, going to the airport, they told me that the reservation was actually cancelled 24h after my call because I couldn't join this final service to get my ticket. So they gave my seat to someone else. I wasn't informed of anything, wasn't refunded, nothing.
STAY AWAY! They are the worst.

We had the pleasure of having our tickets automatically cancelled and not being made aware until a few days before our departure.

When we asked why this had happened we were told that we had not responded to their confirmation email. Now not only has the price gone up 600 euro for the same booking but the initial deposit paid has still not been paid back.

Avoid this company at all costs!

I booked the flight through edreams and the flight been canceled. I have asked for best options many of them said they will check with airline and call me back but they never call back and one customer service girl said she will send email with available options never get that as well. I contacted the airlines they said they sent new option to edreams which dreams need to approve it as i booked through their website.

Finally, I called today again, as usual, I have to explain every single thing from the beginning. Then she said ur departure date is quite far and disconnected the call. Actually, I am departing tomorrow but i have no idea what to do. Two times edrems customer service agent disconnected the call without any notice.

I been chasing for last two weeks around 14 times i called edrems and Srilankan airlines

Do not buy tickets from them. Even with a some support request, they are trying to fool you and charge you extra. Also, when you ask for help; "Our systems are not working right now, call me tomorrow." they are deceiving you by saying.
I had to talk to them for hours and hours, but they did not solve the problem.

Although there is a different kind of information on your web sites and they write on their web pages that the little changes they make are free of charge, they would have to pay extra money to fix their information.

In particular, do not take out insurance, a return guarantee or anything. I paid £ 327 for a flexible ticket, they said they would pay £ 86 when I wanted to cancel the ticket.

Couple hours ago I bought a flight from edreams, and when I check my mails the amount of money they charged was 21 euros more. And in the payment section of the mail there is:

The details of the amounts charged are shown below:
- eDreams: 207.81

There is no details of this amount, i. E. flight price + service fee + EXTRA FEE (which was not mentioned anywhere during reservation).

When I retried to be sure, the same happened, nowhere it was mentioned about this 21 euros.
Very upset about this company. Also almost not possibility to contact to custom service, no email, etc.
My advice, avoid this company...

The customer service really sucks and have a bunch of liers over phone lines, I made a reservation through this site no. *******703; and my planes changed and I started cancelling this flights from 3/ april/ 2018 and they keep replying me to call them; and I made calls coasting more than 100 $ since holding time minimum is half an hour. Finally at April/12 I received an email that the tickets are cancelled and refund will be within 2 weeks. On may 15 they said that flynas will send me a voucher; and they are still contacting Jazeera airlines; I called again customer service( csc) saying that no voucher is received till 07/ june; and MR. Medardo who answered me ask me to call csc again during working hrs. Of flynas to see why they didn't send me the voucher. Later I contacted flynas twice and they insist that the flight wasn't cancelled at all and I lost my money? Can you please describe what kind of csc is running on that site; really I am disappointed and I'll not recommend your site to any of my friends.

Down with edreams

NEVER BOOK HERE

Put me on hold for twenty minutes, didn't even try to help me. Told me they could not confirm my booking and never contacted me for more information. I even checked my spam folder like they tell you to and I only had TWO PROMOTIONAL emails there, nothing of value! Interrupted me on the phone, cut me off, told me there was nothing they could do. NO guest resolution, nothing. I am not typically this person, I've worked in hospitality for five years and understand that things happen, but this company is way out of hand. I will never, never book from here if they're even around long enough.

Absolute scumbags! Purchased flights to Barcelona. The next day they said there had been a change to the itinerary to our return flight and that we should call them within 48 hours. When we finally get through to them they said we would have to pay an extra £500 for the return flight - so no change to the itinerary then. When we said we could not afford that and were passed to a manager the guy hung up. Now everytime we call we are kept on hold for 10 minutes and then the call goes dead wasting two days of our lives - NEVER AGAIN. Complete scam artists.

Absolutely do not use this company! They are thieves and you have to read every little dot in their contract. I bought tickets from Chiang Mai, Thailand to Bangkok. When I arrived at the counter I was charged $100 above the price they quoted. Calling their customer service is an impossible task. No one answers and no one wants to help. They are the biggest thieves out there. You are forewarned: Do not buy tickets from them! In the way they are operating sooner or later they will get caught...

Don't waste your money, don't book or reserve anything through website. World's most worse customer services they have. I booked a hotel, the hotel charged me USD 875 additional money after my arrival home, I asked eDreams to deal with the hotel, they told me it's something the customers should sort out!

Actually one of your customer service representatives has contacted me and kindly solved the issue. As I mentioned to him, although the process to get that positive feedback was quite tedious, but I am grateful that eDreams is actually concerned about their customer service even though this appeared to me only at its top admin level. This attitude is very obvious at that top level of eDreams administration, but still lacks when it comes to the level of everyday customer representatives. However, I now believe that it will be soon transferred to all its admin levels given the overall consumer-centered policy that I sensed from its headquarter customer service. Thank you and I would definitely change the rate to 3.5/4.

I rarely write reviews, but this company made me feel the importance of doing so to warn others... As you can expect from all the stories here,,,, it is to worst experience ever that one can have when booking online... Manipulating everything to charge you extra. Here is my story "I booked a flight online, provided my bank details and paid straightaway. The charge was pending on my account as it usually does, I received the flight itinerary and was expecting that the pending is a matter of days to be officially confirmed, just as it usually happens when you book online... I requested a wheelchair assistance as well during the booking... They sent me an email indicating that the booking was not complete and provided a link which did not take me to any appropriate webpage to understand what was not complete... I even called them and after waiting 10/15 min the guy hanged up after I explained my issue... For me everything looked ok as I received the itinerary and the fees where pending on my account, however after couple of days the payment was back and the flight was cancelled. I called them again and this time they answered and asked me to pay more for the same booking. Indeed I told them it was not my fault, I paid and received the confirmation and all the other incomplete emails were misleading and even your customer service did not handle my call appropriately. They raised a hearing issues to my first call and promised to come back in 24/48 hours but I kept calling for more than a week with no solution. At the end received an email that my request for the extra charge refund was rejected without any explanation of the case and the outcome if the investigation. By the way, after I was forced to re-book the cancelled flight with extra money, I checked their online website and found the same flight still available with the same low price that I saw earlier. I was afraid to risk missing the date that is why I booked it on phone, but all in all VERY BAD experience and will never ever book through them again"

This company ignore 5 emails to customer services and I called them over 6 times every time waiting between half an hour and more than one hour to be answered in India with the same reply, they promised to deal with my issue and never heard back on each occasion. I will never use this company again.

Worst Company Ever

Worst Company Ever, Customer service is so bad, for last 4 months I am trying to get a detailed invoice and still nothing, they are happy to take your money but can't help if you need information after you have completed your trip, never again will use them
