I had to go to a meeting in Las Vegas and I found this great eDreams platform (so I thought) which offered me a roundtrip with a flight from Denver including a hotel for 3 nights for $179.
Unfortunately, right after my booking I learned that the meeting had been moved 2 days ahead and I figured since the airlines give you a 24h window to cancel your flight I contacted eDreams with a change request. They got back to me way later after there was no allowance for cancellation and refund.
Since the flight was very cheap I just dealed with it but asked them to at least change my hotel and move the dates 2 days forward. I spent 5 days on the customer service chat (the only option, no phone number available) for hours to explain to them that I need to change my hotel dates. They assured me that they will take care of it. A while after all those many chats I got emails telling me that they tried to contact me. Never had a phone call or a direct message from them and always went back to the chat asking what they needed from me to make the change. Every chat again went exactly the same. "We apologize for your inconvenience and take care of it...", but never did.
It was like a loop. Today after 5 days I had it over with... I asked them to completely cancel my entire booking. I already had to book another flight without a refund and I hope at least I get a refund for the hotel cancellation. Now I have to book my own hotel for double of the price because of them and this cheap deal I thought I had has doubled now!
I booked two tickets and they advertised at a lower price then the airlines. Once I booked the tickets I get an email from the Airline that my tickets are booked that price with another charge from eDreams for $110.
For no reason instead of getting cheaper price tickets. I got charged $90 more then advertised at check out price. DO NOT BOOK WITH EDREAMS! PERIOD.
Overall experience with Wizz Air was really poor. Both flight were delayed. On return it became problematic as there were no trains going back into London as a result of wizz airs late arrival at Gatwick. Also I was Charged £41 to check in but I was not the only one. A dozen other passengers were facing the same issue, this has become part of their business model and I guess its a very good revenue generator; You could clearly see the excitement on the staff faces when quoting people the fee and were very well reversed on the procedure with a dedicated area for payments at Luton Airport. There is even a poster warning people to treat their staff well as the Bad People at Wizz Air.know that this is unjust and will certainly cause a lot of bad emotions and their employees facing those unjustly charged will take the brunt of this while the Bad People at Wizz Air.are sitting comfortably in an office somewhere in Budapest thinking is strategies to help increase their profits.Good on you Bad People at Wizz Air..

When I made my booking, I paid EXTRA for "flexible Travel dates" during the Check-out process. However, when I called customer service to change my return date, I was told that option has already expired 24hrs BEFORE my departure date... WHAT?!? The checkout process is designed to SCAM passengers for extra fees without actually allowing you to do it! These scammers should go to jail for that! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
When booking through Edreams beware. First off it took me two days to get someone on the phone (hold times exceeded 45 min) Also I emailed them twice and never received a response. Reason for tryong to contact them was, I booked a couple of trips through them while booking they only give you option to fill first and last name, when I contacted them through email once I received a confirmation from the airline stating that the name on reservation needed to match the name on the passport exactly. I contacted Edreams regarding adding my middle name and second last name as there was no option to do so when completing the reservation. They stated that I would have to pay a fee of approx. $100.00 dollars to be able to get the name changes. I explained to them that when booking I was not able to add these as there wee no options for that. There response was " that was not our mistake, you should have put t under first name", so they would not take any responsibility in the matter and that I could contact the airlines directly. No help or resolution provided. Very disappointed in their service will not be booking through them again.
I agree with a previous review: total nightmare! I booked through eDreams, then the return portion of my flight (6 passengers!) was cancelled by the airline (no fault of eDreams) but then to get the refund... that is another question altogether. I called eDreams 3 times and was told each time to send them documentation showing the flight services had been cancelled by the airline. However, the email addresses provided by eDreams do not work. On the third call I was told that the next level up in customer service would be in contact with me... they were, with a message that the airline had to refund me and that eDreams would not! Since I paid eDreams directly for the flight (not the airline), the airline has said that eDreams is responsible for the refund. Every time I write to eDreams customer support, I get back a message saying that the customer support email address is not valid. At this point, I have still not been refunded and I have had to purchase new tickets on another airline. I will never use eDreams again and will advise my fellow travelers to do likewise.
It was a connecting route fr LHR via Frankfurt to Nairobi, but on reaching Frankfurt the plane broke down and flight cancelled, then without explanation myself was booked to go through India and then on going to check in to India desk the staff said that I needed to have vaccination cert. I was stranded at the airport, although they finally booked me in an hotel my journey took me two days to reach Nairobi.
Literally, EVERY SINGLE TIME I have ever tried to purchase a flight from this site there is a last-second bump in the price. You can retry the process 20 times in a row, and every single time the "last-second" increase will happen and the price will actually be higher each consecutive time. Seriously, dishonest practices.
I am not happy with the deal, the price jumped up significantly when I come to payment step. After finished transaction, I found that there still have lower price offer available in the website.

EDreams teats time of rental car pick-up as a strict deadline. Evidently, the minute after this time, the rental company is welcome to rent out your car and keep the money you paid them.
I was unable to complete our flight plans via the internet, so I called customer service. The man I spoke with was very thorough in helping me resolve that issue, and I almost satisfied!
You saying I had savings with you is untrue. And I didn't go through you to book my flights so I don't understand how you got involved. When I booked through Spirit I was sent a receipt for $1,272.54 and then got a charge from you, which I don't understand why, for $1,380.03. I did all the work myself. I don't agree with this. I don't want to be involved in any auto-renewal or membership. I want to cancel anything I have with you. I also would like my money back which is $107.03. I have no idea how anyone would think this is a deal as a member. It isn't fair to give me credit since the money was taken out of my direct bank account. I would like to be refunded the $107.03 in a check please.

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
