I couldn't use my coupon code

I have a coupon code for 90€ of discount, I tried to use it 10 times for the same booking restarting the booking again, but it didn't work, except for one time, but I didn't have enough time to confirm with the bank so the booking was canceled. Eventually I haven't used my coupon because it never worked again.
