Everything ok except the time of payment. After my first attempt to authenticate my bank issuer, I entered a wrong number but then when I tried again it freezes and had to go back from the beginning loosing the tickets I have found. This was disappointing
The customer service is very bad, especially because of the customer support robot.
None of the problems I reported were resolved, which is a shame considering that I am a member of the prime program.
There should be operators with whom you can communicate online, not just a phone number,especially if you call from abroad, the call prices are huge due to roaming.
All in all, a bad experience and I definitely would not have paid for the membership in the prime program if I had known it would be like this.

Absolute rubbish, lost luggage, missed two flights and no one responsible they cant do anything. Had to buy another ticket just to get home. Out of pocket $1500. I wish I had red the online reviews before purchasing the ticket with them. Never ever again. Rubbish!
Due to CV, flight was cancelled and tried to get refund. DId all their processes. Last "step" was to call them, only thing is we can not call from where i am. So money is lost. Very bad company if ANYTHING goes wrong. Stay Away Booking ref *******919
I have filled a refund of a airline ticket in the month of March of 2021. Still no refund yet and not even any kind of response. I have been trying to contact them for months.
It is extremely unprofessional behaviour from their end. I would not be suggesting any of my friend to book any type of ticket through them.
This company is based in UK and they are highly irresponsible. I did not believe this type of company still exist. They are just taking people money and never intend to refund it.
I thought I was booking through the spirit website but I was directed to EDreams, third party vendor. They tacked on additional services and fees that added almost $200 to my flight. When I immediately called back (within 15 minutes of booking) they refused to give me a refund. Do not book here.
My only issue is that it's not clear when the payment will be completed and when I ll get a receipt for it. I m anxious that the total amount, for which I agreed, is going to be increased, in case of a change of prices from the airline, and that I'm going to be charged for prime e Dreams, something that I Don t wish. I'm also worried about the seats, as we are 5,2 elderly people and 2 fifteen years old children. If you could be so kind and clear those issues.

I booked a flight, they cancel the return WITHOUT noticing me. I found out by accident on one of the emails (on the app the return flight still showed up even after they cancelling it).
Then, I tried and get the one way ticket back (since the return was cancelled, I did no longer want the first ticket).
They drove me CRAZY, hours on the phone, useless time talking to them. Not giving any help and making it very difficult.
Please, never use this web. It has been the worst experience I have ever had.

Why do companies exist when they do not ever think about the customer and how poor the service is? I bought using e dreams due to the flexibility to change flights - this is what they promote. To find out, the process of changing takes time and also there is no straightforward way to contact customer service. The customer service menu for example makes you wait 10 minutes and goes in circle. If you are charged the international calling charges like me, i ended up spending over 100$ to reach out to these agents. On top of it, if they call you - they neve call back timely rather its 1 call and if you miss it - you get a voicemail and you need to reach back out to the same number and wait for at least 15 minutes. Its quite a waste of time and its better to spend a bit more money to directly work with airlines than this joke of a company. Its infuriating.

It took me like 10-15 minutes to figure out how to cancel that service. The price Google threw at me included me signing up for that service or my entire ticket went up like 15%. If I see eDreams again on Google I'll probably think twice. But your pricing was competitive, which is why I booked.
It looks as scam, i booked with them inside Canada from Toronto to Alberta, the flight company refund all passengers, so all passenger with deferment agency get paid within 30 days. Except me, every time after i gave them the refund proof i called them they say yes you get refunded but the flight company didn't send the money to us, that big lie ever seen im sure 100% that my money sent to them i know one there he gave me every single info about refund and i keep waiting them to stop lying on me.
ABSOLUTE SCAM, tells you to pay more for flexible flights and you can't. In 8 weeks I have been put sent in circles and you cannot speak to anyone. I've now lost £200.00 flight there robot told me to wait 15 days before to speak to someone, to only find out that noone picks up and now to buy fresh flights they have gone up to £600.00
I was charged double what I agreed upon. The customer service tool is designed to never help you, it goes in circles. No phone number. I plan to report this website and the car rental company i used as fraudulent.
Oh also, the car rental was disgusting, the one they offered us had literal holes in the floor and was stained and disgusting, clearly unsafe.
Edreams are a bunch of scammers who steal customers money. Told me my flight was cancelled by the airline & offered me a refund. I have their email stating this fact yet they refuse to acknowledge it. They tell you a different story every time you try & contact them. And guess what? The airline did not cancel the flight so it was an opportunity for edreams to steal my money. It's been over a year. Please do not use edreams to book flights. You will be lied to & out of pocket.
The discounts they show are fake, you can get the same prices on official sites.
If you get a 30 day free subscription you have no button to cancel automatic payment from your card. You have to contact customer support which is horrible.
I booked and paid for my flight tickets last month and yesterday my card was charged twice i don't know what for, PLEASE bring back my money before i label you!
Edreams reached out to me and promised to refund me though they only mentioned just one debit yet my account was debited twice, i will be waiting. I will come back with the update

I have never asked to be a Prime, they just add you automatically there and you have to pay 60$ with notification by email or phone.
As attached i never added my card details to this $#*! prime account, and i cannot even remove it from there!

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
