Creates an added layer of complication between the airline and the customer especially when problems happen.
Booked a flight Mexico - Canada and return with eDreams and received ONE eDreams booking number.
EDreams created 2 booking numbers with the airline (one outbound, one inbound).
The airline cancelled the initial outbound flight, thus preventing us to get to our destination. The same day we asked eDreams for a full cancellation and refund of our entire trip. We were only refunded the outbound portion that had been canceled by the airline and eDreams claimed that the return flight was still valid under the separate airline booking (which I didn't make a separate one)
The airline will not talk to you if you book through eDreams.
Waste of time and money. Very disappointing.

It was very easy to book and the most reasonable in price for a non stop flight. I hope the return ticket will be good also. He is 12 and traveling alone. Non stop was a must.
I have only booked and downloaded the ap but so far it is unclear what my bagage allowance is. It feels that eDreams tries to sell me all sorts of extras or will charge me if I accidently press anything..

When I bookd my flight with British Airways to London I was told during the booking process that I would be able to add bags after I completed the booking as it was only allowing 1 small bag. I booked and then tried to add bags but cannot add bags which I need to add.

All very good! The whole organization and even the hotel voucher. All worked perfectly!
Prenotazione sofferta, dopo aver pagato il volo Roma-Parigi a/e verso le 15 con ricevuta conferma, alle 23.15 leggo una mail dove c'era scritto che il volo di andata era stato cancellato. Panico...dopo tante ricerche, utilizzo di app eDreams e telefonate ad una delle compagnie di volo sono riuscita, dopo due giorni di travaglio, ad avere finalmente la conferma definitiva del volo completo.

I have used edreams 3 times now and I got best prices and service all the way. They are really there for all your problems. Couldn't have chosen better.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
