Went on line get my ticket the discount was a great help for my budget and my ticket was confirmed very quickly so far so good thank you edreams

If you book then be aware they want you to subscribe to their yearly subscription. When I tried to cancel, I had to jump hoops to get to a customer service rep. I also never had the seat I had chosen and quite possible had the worst seat on an aircraft right opposite the toilet. The flight was not cheap and I did not pay for the basic. I am well-traveled and felt that e dreams are a scam. When I went to get my seat placing for the return journey I had been bumped to basic and ended up paying another $40 so I would get a comfortable seat. When I tried to call e dreams about my ticket I could not get hold of them. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
