Booking my trip was so easy and not stressful at all! I would 100% recommend eDreams and will be using it again for future trips!
It was a good experience. It was the first time I used eDreams and I was able to navigate the site pretty well.
I booked a ticket from e-dream. I got notification that my flight was canceled, and I can find some alternative flight. I tried million times to rebook another flight, but I always get "we are unable to display this page".
I have only booked and downloaded the ap but so far it is unclear what my bagage allowance is. It feels that eDreams tries to sell me all sorts of extras or will charge me if I accidently press anything..

The room we pico qnd pay had 1 bed, 2 people
But hitwl gave us double bed roon and bed was 80x190 cm We are tall people this was not nice
No rest for us
Also toilet - full of black fungus

Truly wonderful experience with both the app and the overall service on this platform
I purchased 2 tickets for Vienna (with Air Canada)thinking that the offer was amazing ie a round-trip from Montreal, Quebec to Vienna for 858$ per person: WOW!
However, once the transaction completed, I checked my MasterCard account and saw that I was charged 600$ (for 2 tickets; therefore 300$ per ticket) MORE than the indicated price on my booking confirmation!
After numerous calls and many hours waiting for an agent to answer, I was told that the indicated price was in US dollars!
1) Although I called within 24 hours after completing my purchase, eDreams could not refund me. Had I dealt with Air Canada directly, I would have been re-imbursed... Also, Air Canada CLEARLY indicates if "$" is USD (and not Canadian dollars) which eDreams omits to do.
2) The eDreams agent I spoke with said that prices with eDreams.net are in US dollars; to see prices in Canadian dollars, I should have used eDreams.ca. How could a simple customer like me know this?
I find it very unfortunate and misleading on the part of eDreams that the dollar currencies are not clearly written:
The price in dollars could be either US or Canadian. Not writing which one it is makes it easy for the consumer to go ahead and complete a transaction without thinking twice.
In my opinion, eDreams profits from not CLEARLY writing prices either in USD or Canadian dollars.
I am very dissatisfied with eDreams!

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
