I booked and paid in full in January, the deal had free cancellation with a full refund if cancelled up to 48 hours prior to rental. I cancelled with ample time and was told the refund will take up to 3 MONTHS due to high volume. After 3 and a half months passed I called and they said that they changed their policy and will only issue a voucher now. They could care less when I explained that I had the email confirming a full refund.

Awful service I made my reservation at the airport five minutes later I got to the desk and there was no cars available when I try to reach customer service they said you have to go online and send an email to get your money back it's been a month now and I still have not received my money they are a scam do not use them

When I came back the procedure was quick and smooth. Mr. Rahul also gave me a lift firectly to the airport which was very nice. He was friendly snd professional...
Overall, nice experience and most likely will use their services again.

When you try to talk to a person on the phone,the menu with options will move you around and by the end you will never get someone to talk to.

I also try to email them, still no answer and I couldn't even get a receipt for my business trip to put it on my expenses.
Also I ordered a VW and I ended up with a KIA which I really don't appreciate.
This would be my last time renting anything using EconomyBookings.
Totally disappointed!

EconomyBookings used to be my go to website to book rental cars. In the past 6-8 months, their rates are terrible! I was able to find the same exact rental dates/timing from the same locations I input on EconomyBookings directly with the rental provider such as Budget, Avis, Thirfty, Dollar, etc. and I got significantly lower rates. For One-Way rentals, EconomyBookings charges a "Delivery Fee", however when I did it directly with the rental providers, no such fees... Saved over $35-$40!... EconomyBookings is now total GARBAGE!

A bunch of thieves stay away, this website is fraud and this rating here must be from them signing under different names, i tell you about my experiense i paid $900 to get a car in Jordan for a week supposedly it's from Dollar Rent A car, i get there nothing is reserved eventhough they charged my credit card, and the car that Dollar wanted to give me is a $300 a week, Dollar don't even have any of the cars these people listed on their website, rent a car from Expedia or Dollar website directly. These people charge your credit card and they don't reserve anything for you. It's a fraud website what else can i say, worst experiense ever.

I made a reservation via your website on 15th February.
Booking B******* for a total sum of 250.81 USD.
Economybookings.com charged amount from my friend's credit card.
Since i have not my own credit card with me Europcar did not accept my booking while register in desk in Tel Aviv then i canceled my reservation after 1 hour booking but Economybookings.com charged from my friend'S credit card.Since i have not get the car i have requested to get refund money back but Economybookings.com never replied back although i wrote them 3 times.
At least you can reply my mail as courtesy.
Please refund my money back.

Generally I had a good experience with Economy Bookings as usual. But it would be really great to improve the part related to full coverage and the extra charges.

On January 17,2023, I went to pick up a vehicle that I rented with the economy bookings company at the Miami airport with my original and in order IDL. They didn't give me the car, because they asked for my driving license from Spain, which is where I live, ignoring the international agreement that the USA joined in 1950 with the United Nations. I had to rent the car from another company, paying a lot more, since I was at the airport with the suitcases, and I had to go to Tampa. They have kept 1228 Dollars that I paid for the reservation. I was in court in Miami, and they gave me a month for the trial, and by that date I had to return home. I am going to do everything possible so that this company does not continue working that way, and that it returns the money that does not belong to it. It seems to me a great lack of professionalism, and above all an illicit way to obtain money.

Be very careful with this coy. It's a scam. I rented a vehicle never got any vehicle and they refused to give me back my money. It's a 3rd party company. You are warned. Very bad communication because they are a virtual Company. Refund my money I didn't get any vehicle.

I have use Economybookings a couple of times and have always been very happy with the service. I am travelling to Upington again next October and will be using economybookings again. Thanks for a great service.

I rented a paid for a car. They changed the price, told me they would refound the difference but they didn't. When I got to the car rental office they haven't transfered the money so I had to pay again. Customer service doesn't solve any problem.
I won't never use this company again!
