The only drawback is that the location is not at the airport and if you don't know German, it is not that easy to get a taxi (no Uber) but when I left the car, a girl kindly proposed to get a taxi for me.

Das Fahrzeug was ich gebucht hatte stand schon da mir wurde für wenig Geld ein größeres Fahrzeug angeboten. Service war mega die Flexibilität fand ich persönlich einfach sehr gut.

Waren immer super nette Mitarbeiter und das Fahrzeug hat auch immer gepasst. Also nichts zu beanstanden :)

Terrible experience. Refused pick up at airport after arriving even though I had all documentation stated in pick up email. Then received very rude questioning about my trip into the Uk and why I was travelling (btw this didn't even happen at border control in the airport and quite frankly was no business of the car rental company).
Have since tried to ring and email - phone operative was incredibly rude and unhelpful. No replies to several emails yet. I have been told by the rental company I have to go through Economy bookings however they're customer service appears non existent.
The company (Easirent) is operating out of a Porter cabin in a car park near Stansted airport - they're not even situated close to the rental village and other recognised companies. Steer clear of Easirent and Economy bookings and use a company you recognise and trust.
Just to update I can see awful reviews for Easirent and their website has been closed down. Why would a broker company such as Economy bookings still be advertising and facilitating the rental from a company that clearly are unscrupulous? Economy Bookings shame on you!

NOT EVEN WORTHY OF 1 STAR, but had to click onto one star to leave a review. I used Economy Bookings to reserve a car rental at the airport in Albuquerque, NM. When I arrived at the car rental desk, they did not have the vehicle I reserved, nor a car ready at all. The only choice I had was to use another car rental desk, because I had my grandbaby with me. Attempting to contact someone to speak to at Economy Bookings was a waste of time, producing no results. So I contacted my bank to cancel the charge, and wouldn't you know that Economy Bookings definitely contacted my bank to inform them that it was a legitimate charge of $454.81. I was charged $454.81 FOR NOTHING! Economy Bookings is a rip-off! DO NOT USE THEM

I got an email with a document, saying, you are "all covered" for your latest vehicle insurance.
In hindsight, there is no contact details on any of the documents or emails I have had from this company. Come time to make a claim on the insurance due to a cracked windscreeen, - Can I get hold of these people... NO!
The only email I have, there has been no response I had to pay the $1200 to the rental car company for the wind screen, being told to apply for a refund through the insurer. Hello Economy Bookings, where are you? Zilch, nothing, not a brass razoo. Do not use this company, they are bad news. The 'vouchers' attached, have no contact details at all, not worth the paper they are written on.!

I will never use this business again. They would only apply a small portion of my voucher toward my car rental. I still have $435 that they will not apply towards my car. MY MONEY.

This company is not transparent. I overpaid for my rental. Economy booking misled me to believe that the price on their website was the final price yet at pick-up the rental car company charged me a different price on the rental and wanted an additional fee. Full disclosure is a must. Economy Booking should provide clear payment details at the time of booking then why bother overpromising a cheap rate when you know there will be additional fees tacked on later. It's quite deceptive. I am really upset about being blindsided on this. My original booking was $162 and after all fees were added I paid over $50 more. It was a terrible exoerience.

I use economybookings all the time and I have NEVER had any issues! They are strict about policies but they are all clearly stated! For example, I had a client change plans and I wanted to add a day but I would've had to cancel the entire booking (with a fee) and rebook. WHICH SUCKS... BUT ITS CLEARLY STATED! YOU GET GREAT RATES BUT THEY AREN'T REFUNDABLE! Not their fault it my client changes! :) Need flexibility? You may want to go elsewhere but if you want great rates, this company has saved me A TON! There have been times I will look to see if the car rental rates are the exact same. If so, I will always go direct to the car rental however, EB typically is much cheaper.

The vehicle rented was clean, spacious and highly reliable! It was fuel efficient and tackled the Jamaica roads with ease.

The worst experience I have had booking a car... EVER. First, the amount of time they take to response regarding any question is insane. I put in a request for refund on May 25th and got a response from them on June 29th. It took them more than 30 days to give any answer to my request. They tell you that it is their policy to take 30 business days to respond; I ask them why not set your company policy to take an year to respond.

I went to pickup my car at the airport and the car rental place were running short on cars. I have been able to pick up cars at the airport before using a debit card but this specific location that I visited decided to reject my debit card. The individual on car rental counter told me that no amount will be charged on my card. I didnt question him, why would they charge me if I havent gotten the car I wanted to rent. The amount was never refunded. I emailed economybookings.com and in response, economy Bookings highlighted that they have the following in terms and condition:

4. 2. 4. You failed to provide a credit card with enough available funds and with the main driver's name printed on it.

Many car rental places such as enterprise offer a cancellation fee of $100 and refund the remaining amount. You can check it on their website:
"Will I be charged if I don't show up for my reservation?
If you fail to pick up your prepaid rental on the specified pick-up date, you will receive a full refund minus a no show fee of USD $100 / CAD $135."
Budget car rental also only charges $75 for cancellation. However, I was charged the whole amount without a single penny refund. I wouldnt have lost $500+ if I had booked directly from a car rental website instead.

Theres no reason to book through economybookings.com. I would have gotten same rates if I directly booked with Budget car rental. They have pathetic customer service, add no value and have all these terms and conditions.
