I use the services of this company every time I am in Europe for work or on vacation. The advantage I think cheap prices for insurance and the rent itself, and most importantly round the clock support on the road 24 hours a day. Never there was a disputable situation, everything is pure and open. In General, I remain satisfied and always advise friends and colleagues!
Turned out to be quite comfortable, the cars are always clean, so you should not worry that you will get a dirty cabin with torn seats. There were a couple of urgent questions that had to be contacted by technical support, but I phoned right away and decided everything quickly.
Happy with their service. Super fast. It's very good if you prepay. It's faster.

I booked a car for Cairns Australia paid was then told couldn't honour that price and said I needed to pay $150 more. I said that's ridiculous so I asked to cancel my booking and they said they would refund my money it's been 3 weeks now no refund of $450 and won't reply to my emails crap service and beware so many good ones out there this one is not

This company is not honest, they sold us a voucher (with Goldcar) that mentioned a pick-up hour at 22h30 while the office of Goldcar is already closing at 22h00 (this hour was just not possible). There was no longer a shuttle bus available from the airport to the Goldcar office.
We made a telephone call in the evening of 20th October and got a voice mail that the office was already closed. In that case there was no other solution than going to our hotel by other transport. The next day we called from our hotel to the office Economy Booking and also the office of Goldcar.
Unfortunately we couldn't find connection with Economy Bookings from our hotel, several times we got a waiting message that lasted for more dan 10 minutes and then the connection was interrupted!
They told us by telephone that we had to pick up the car within 6 hours from our arrival, but how can you pick up the car when there is no operating service? They advised us to come again to the airport to arrange it.
So on the next day in the morning we made again the transport to the airport. But once at the office Goldcar they refused us to give us the car that was preserved for us (although there was a prepayment of 212,36 EUR and we were at the office (on 13:00 -within 6 hours from their opening time).
We were obliged to book a new car for 450 EUR with full coverage, because we couldn't choose like we did before the option without full coverage (that was just not possible in their office).
Because the whole misery caused a lot of inconveniences - we lost more than half a day in our first destination and it costed us a lot of money extra (in total 459 EURO extra). At home we send several times a message but they refused to answer. It was a real disaster with EconomyBookings (never again!). It is an unreliable and dishonest company.
The company does not answer phone calls and get disconnected after 10 minutes. I've tried to call them numerous times, and get the same results. I just lost my money. These guys are a scam.
It was a wonderful experience. I did not have to struggle at all to get the rental. The employees there are such great and friendly people. Thank you!

I booked a car through their web page 13 days ago, I bought full coverage for road assistance as an extra on reservation page but when i went to thrifty office they told me I had not bought it so i had to pay again. I tried call customer service many times and sent them e-mail I did not get any response. If you rent a car through this company do not buy anything extra.

I was trying pick up my car. But I had problems about my credit card. Dollar rental company is charging 200$ more for security deposit. Even I have deposited this amount to my account it has declined. I trıed to reach out someone from EconomyBookings but there is nobody! Pick-up date was July 10th. I am still waiting for someone reach out tome for refund my money! If you want to rent a car from this company you must be lucky for pick up a car!
Booked a car through EconomyBooking.com. The rental car company canceled the contract because EB.com committed the car at too low of a price and never informed us of the cancellation. The rental car company then said the best we can do is double the price that EB.com quoted. I'm in dispute now with EB.com to recover the charges
Arrived at airport around 11pm and found the customer representative to be very professional and courteous for this period. Explained everything in detail without pushing or selling additional options which was very delightful. Entire process took about less than 15 minutes. The return process was even quicker with also friendly service. An overall a good experience.
