Overall easy to use website with a selection of many cars at good prices. However the quoted rates always do not tell you the full cost. Please pay attention to weather mandatory insurance is covered in your daily rate or not. Some rental car companies actually include that in the daily rates and that's why can appear a bit more expensive, but will be actually cheaper overall.
If you are driving outside EU, i would suggest not to take the roadside assistance as the rental car companies offer better solutions. Plus you would need to call a European number to get any assistance and i don't know how that works. Better to take such assistance from the rental directly.

I need to make changes to my booking, but the rental company said they cant do changes and recommended to cancel and rebook. I did what they suggest and inform economy booking by calling them. Few months after and a lot of emails for follow up, they didn't refund my money. I book 3 days rental for $403 they didn't return the whole $403. I'm expecting atleast return 2 days rental since I didn't use the service. I lost $403 from this bookin company, lesson learned for me, never again use this booking. I hope this review can help prevent the same bad experience that we experience. Be careful.
