They are not honest and are definitely not a company you want to buy from. I put my order in months ago with promise that it was coming. Now their tired of me and lying saying they have sent it and it's on it's way.
They won't give the name of the owners are contact information. I am looking for others who would like to join me in a class action lawsuit against this company for fraud. For me it's a matter of Decency and honesty, I trusted them I gave them plenty of time to for fill the order. Only to be treated with disrespect, and deception. They show beautiful items for sale so you feel that there with a reparable company, but it's a deception! In my opinion they should be put out of business, the way they do their customers and steal their money!

I have placed two orders with this company each order is almost $200 and I've only gotten three of my items out of light 14 items and they do not look like the picture I placed these orders in October and beginning of November and have gotten only three items and it is now December I have not gotten anything for my last order and they keep emailing me for replacement items I send it back to them and they still emailing me the same thing to reorder replacement items that they had out of stock I have received the same email from them about six times already and I answered six times already and still they are emailing me the same question I have no items and they have my money I'm about to launch an investigation for my bank to get my money back please do not order from this company you will not be satisfied and you cannot talk to anyone about your order and every time someone email you is a different person asking you the same question I'm about to email them one last time asking them where are my items

When I googled the return policy. It says we can return within 30 days and pay our own shipping costs. The website makes it look like an european e-commerce so i ordered 2 items. Shockingly, they were from China (nothing wrong but makes returning then very costly to return from Europe)! Sizes are way off, doesn't fit at all and i have average body shape. They didnt allow returns and instead only only me $30 voucher when my purchases are US$95! For no reason!

Cuando recibi el pedido, los vestidos no tenian nada q ver con lo q aparece en la foto. Para devolverlo tenia que pagar yo los gastos, cuando les dije que no pensaba pagar ni un duro, me. Dijeron q lo aprovechara xa regalarlo a alguien! Total q al final me dicen q me lo quede y q me devuelven solo una parte. Tras un mes, aun no he recibido.ni la porqueria de importe q se supone q me tienen q devolver. Calidad pesima y servicio nefasto. Para mi una estafa.

At first, I thought it was great. I got the first of two dresses I ordered! I loved it but it was a bit small. I requested an exchange and I got answers immediately acting as if I would be taken care of. Then the emails (sent by a different customer service rep every time), started going in circles. "We are having technical issues", please send confirmation of your order, etc. Finally I reailzed I was probably being played so I tried to log in to my account and it's INVALID! My Email is not valid! I will be reporting them!

I thought that people here are exaggerating but all the reviews here are true unfortunately I read it after I ordered my items.
Very poor material, a bad copy of a design, wrong sizes plus I paid extra charges at the post center for three separated packages they even didn't deliver the items to my address but for sure I had a lesson I will never ever buy dresses online so I blocked all the adds on for my inst. And facebook,
It is a disgrace on them and their industry, I will never trust them anymore, take my words from my own experience

Don't do it! The clothes are a joke -- quality is like tissue paper and size is not accurate! No refund information and trying to send them an e-mail was ridiculous! The verification code was so messed up you could never submit. As my daughter said whenever you are ordering something from a new company always check the reviews - which I didn't! I know better now and would never recommend these scam artists! Live and learn but they need to be put out of business! Very sad that they can get on Facebook and act like a legitimate business.
