This company is NOT SERIOUS AND THEIR CLOTHING LOOKS AND IS HORRIBLY CHEAP! What you see in the pictures and what you get, is totally different!
I ordered three dresses, all supposed to be " elegant evening gowns". What a joke!
I got my order a month later. Out of three dresses, I received only two. I have been contacting them using the email address the provide as only way of contact / customer service. NOTHING HAPPENED! I have sent 4 emails wondering where the rest of my order is. CERO REPLAY. They provided me with a tracking number that does not work/ exists. I tried to use it several times. Once or twice sent me to a Chinese post office! Not only that, it said there was no such tracking code nor merchandise awaiting to be sent. Tried couple more times. I got a message saying NOT FOUND. Another time the message was that tracking code belonged to completely different items. I am disappointed about wasting my time and money with this people/ company. I am mad for not checking other reviews other than the ones posted on their website which are obviously not real! The two dresses I received are poor quality and poorly made. They don't fit well at all. I had to have them both altered because I thought returning them and getting my money back was going to be even more difficult! So, I have to pay more to get them fixed, so, at the end, it all turned out to be an expensive cheap dresses ordeal! My advice to you? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE/ COMPANY! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME PLUS HORRIBLE QUALITY CLOTHING!

This brand used to be called colabingo but I think they were gettting such bad reviews they changed their name to ecochee I ordered 3 dresses all of which came at three different times and over 1 and half months! The quality is very poor it's nothing like the photos so don't fool yourself and the complains email always bounces back this is one of the biggest scams I've seen online they are really brave to use Instagram as a platform to advertise themselves I'm sure they delete negative comments!

I purchased a Dress in early April. I have not received anything to say the item is out of stock as we are now in May. I would like a full refund as this company seems to be very unprofessional "dodgy."I tried to email them on *******@service.com as this is the email address they provided however it bounced back which makes we wonder if this is a complete scam. There has been no communication from this company at all, I suggest anyone who is considering purchasing from this website "THINK AGAIN" very disappointed. So I am very reluctant order online and I will be notifying all my friends on Facebook the experience I encountered from this company.

This place is an absolute JOKE! I ordered one top from them back at the beginning of March. I received an email notification that when my order was on it's way they would text me... 1 month goes by... nothing I email them because my expected shipping date had passed I didn't receive and email back until 2 weeks later when I was already really pissed I just asked for my money back they apologized and said it happens a lot would I like a full refund... of course I wanted my money back they said it would take 5-10 business days to get my money back... well now another month has gone by... countless emails I've sent and still heard nothing and have NOT seen my money... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM (when I received the email notification from them it's says from "Colabingo" But when I search them in my browser the name comes up as "Crochee" Rant over... I just want my money back.
