I ordered the flower stand to be delivered to the church for a funeral service. It was not delivered because I was in the church. I called the customer service before the funeral who placed me on hold and told me that the supervisor will contact me. No one contacted me. Very disappointed and unhappy with the service.
A week prior to a funeral I made a purchase. The day of the funeral, I received a note saying the order could not be delivered. With a week to prepare, someone could have made sure all was OK. The loved one I wanted the family to know was remembered had to told after the fact.
It was a trick to use the message segment of the purchase. All else was OK.
First time using Echovita, I was skeptical on using it. I am used to using florists. Easy to order on line and I actually did get confirmation from the actual florist that created my flowers. My flowers did arrive at the slated time. I would use Echovita again.
This was my first experience ordering through Echovita. It was a wonderful experience. The ordering and delivery was a smooth process. I will use Echovita again when ordering for special occasions.
The funeral was in Canada and I am in the United States. I wanted something very special as it was my dear bothers funeral. The Echovita's site had many choices. I chose the heart wreath. I watched the service via u tube and there was the wreath on the alter. It was magnificent! The flowers all white and the heart shape expressed my love and those of my family. The experience was so easy and turned out so well. I would use this service again. Gets an A+ from me.
What I ordered for a funeral was not what I ordered and I was very disappointed. I was embarrassed that my dear friend and her family received what they did. I called about the issue and I have to say that the person I spoke to was very nice and apologized that what I ordered was wrong and she refunded my account.
I ordered flowers for a funeral. I was then informed that they couldn't deliver as ordered. They would substitute something. I find this somewhat disturbing as the specific flower arrangement had a meaning behind it for the grieving family.

If the local florist didn't have all of the flowers to prepare the flower arrangement as advertised, they may substitute those flowers for a different flower, so they can still deliver the order on time, as scheduled. If you didn't want a substitution, you could have simply cancelled your order for a refund. Thank you.
The ordering system was very efficient & easy to use, but I couldn't go to the funeral, so I didn't see the flowers personally. It seems the system could be enhanced by having the Florists send a photo to the customer so we can see them.
The price of the flowers was not acceptable for the display of flowers sent to the funeral. My sister was there and was shocked at the size of the arrangement. What was delivered was a tiny vase and only a few flowers! Will never use this florist again, I am embarrassed of what was sent to the funeral!
This was a wonderful experience! The company delivered flowers to a funeral - and was able to provide a personal touch.

They called and said that they couldn't fulfill my order. No explanation just that it wasn't possible. My refund came back quickly though but I'm sad the flowers were not delivered at my friends funeral because I'm in another state

It is evident what happened in this case. The florist simply didn't have enough time to get your order delivered on time. The service was from 9-12 the following day, but you chose 12 for the time of delivery. Had the flowers been delivered by 12, they would have been delivered towards the end of the service. When the florist checked with the funeral home to confirm the time of delivery, they were told they'd have to deliver the flowers before 9a.m., and they couldn't do that. Thank you.
The photo of peace lily is beautiful. So, I ordered a peace lily for my friend's son's memorial service but the peace lily wasn't there but a green plant got delivered instead. It wasn't a good looking plant and didn't have flower. I was so disappointed and dissatisfied.

I ordered flowers for my fathers funeral. I used the link from the funeral home it had the address to deliver on my order it excepted my payment. I thought everything was ok then I get to the funeral home, and my flowers weren't delivered. I get an email saying they can't deliver to that zip code which makes no sense because they saw the address, and took my payment.? I had to call, and cancel after I saw my email. Never again!

We are terribly sorry to hear of your experience. Typically, if no local florist is available in that area, the order wouldn't be accepted and it would say so on the screen. In this case, there was a local florist in the area, which was assigned your order, but when they received your order the following morning, they realized they couldn't fulfill it. You placed your order on June 3rd at almost 11:00p.m., at which time local florists are closed, and the date and time for delivery was June 4th at 1:00p.m. The local florist would have opened at either 9:00a.m. Or 10:00a.m. As well, our website says that orders placed for same day delivery or orders placed in the evening before the date of delivery are not guaranteed, but that Blooms Today will do their best to have the order fulfilled. Thank you.
I ordered a funeral arrangement from Echovita. Later, I was contacted by an employee who said there was no florist in my city who would fulfill the order. They cancelled my order and refunded the 87.00 to my credit card. I will never order from this company.
My family member 1200 miles away passed away 2 days before Christmas with a service planned the day after Christmas. I was frantic to get a floral spray sent in time. Using the funeral homes option to have an arrangement sent in time, I opted to use it. The arrangement was exactly what I ordered and was beautiful, was delivered on time and it couldn't have been easier or less stressful.
Thanks for making it a one-stop experience. I ordered flowers, and they arrived. But I'm not sure anyone visiting the Garr Funeral Home page will see the candle that I purchased.

Ordered a potted basket plant to be delivered to the church for a funeral. The order was fulfilled by a local HyVee grocery store floral department. They exceeded our expectations! The Diffenbachia plant they sent was larger and more "lush" than the one example shown on the Echovita website. It was gorgeous! Extremely pleased and would highly recommend.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
