I ordered flowers for my friends fathers funeral out of town. At first I was notified the bouquet meeded to be modified the day prior to delivery. No problem, I asked them if it is possible to keep the same colour of flower at the least and they said they cannot guarantee or send a photo to confirm what the bouquet would look like. The next day, an hour prior to the service, i get an email (not a call) to say that the order cannot be delivered. Order gets cancelled one hour prior to the service making it so I cannot make alternate arrangements. Thanks echovita.
My sympathy flowers never arrived at the funeral home. I was told that a few days later unfortunately. I was issued a full refund though, but I wish I was told in advance that my flowers were not arriving.
It was easy to process the order. Had a confirmation through my PayPal that payment was processed. Received an email to follow up if flowers were delivered or not. Had to confirm with a family member that it was received. There should be someway of knowing when the flowers were delivered so I could know would be helpful.
A good friend recently passed and Echovita used Blooms for the order. I heard about Blooms and never looked back. Great service, great flowers (that last) and a real talent for making arrangements. I'll give Echovita credit for choosing the best florists in town and arrange delivery as promised.
The arrangement I ordered Vivid Recollections was pictured with mostly yellow flowers with a few pink and one purple. The arrangement delivered had a lot of pink, red, and purple mixed with yellow and white. It was pretty but I chose the arrangement for the yellow flowers.
I ordered a $90 arrangement but once I got to the funeral and saw the arrangement it was definitely the smallest size. I felt like it was a bait and switch scam. The arrangement had maybe 10 buds for almost $100
The florist did not deliver flowers to funeral or graveside. The company did not notify me of being unable to deliver. The family the delivery was supposed to receive notified me and contacted the company. How embarrassing and humiliating during a period of grieving.
I ordered flowers last minute for a visitation- and even gave the wrong time for the service- and the flowers arrived at the correct time and were beautiful. Thank you for covering my shortcomings in a time of grieving.
Ordered flowers through the funeral home website. Was called too late to get someplace else to provide flowers for my loved ones funeral. All the information was on the funeral home website, yet they could not deliver.
The first order that I placed I received with the wrong information on it, and I contacted the seller and they immediately fix the problem and sent out the correct item that I purchased.
They did a wonderful job with corrected the problem and making it right.
Flowers arrived after the service, when i tried to call customer service the phone number didn't work so i was only able to get a refund that was a fraction of what i paid.

I ordered a plant for a service and it was never delivered. Four days after I ordered it, we went to visitation. I was beyond disappointed and embarrassed when I didn't see our plant. I received my money back, but I wish the plant had been delivered to the family, but it was too late. If we had not gone to the visitation and I had never looked at all the flowers, I would've never known. I wish I had read through reviews before I used the company.

If our partner, Blooms Today, was unable to tell you why your order wasn't delivered, it is because the local florist assigned your order didn't provide them with a reason. In this case, the local florist will have points deducted and if they repeat this type of issue, they will be removed from the program. When orders are delivered, a delivery confirmation is sent by Blooms Today. You stated if you didn't go to the visitation, you wouldn't have known your order wasn't delivered, however, that is not true. When an order is not delivered, you would not be sent a delivery confirmation and Blooms Today would reach out to you to tell you your order wasn't delivered and a refund would be issued. Lastly, Echovita is not "the equivalent of ambulance chasers for funerals", in actuality, Echovita is a free online obituary and memorial page platform that informs society of who has passed away, and provides the means of leaving condolence messages for the family or sending flowers wit ease, no matter where you are located. We understand your frustration, and we understand the importance of these orders, however, there are circumstances where orders are not delivered, or the wrong order is delivered, etc. due to human error. 1 non-delivered flower order does not represent an entire company.
I got charged for an eternity candle that I did not order. Echovita quickly responded after receiving my review and I received a refund. Echovita started that I could have removed the eternity candle from my order. This may have been the case; however, I was not expecting to remove an item that I did not select. This is a deceitful practice and should be discontinued.

I ordered the plants galare basket which was supposed to be "a handsome woodchip basket" filled with various houseplants and a small azalea for color. What arrived at the funeral home with our names on it was a small white ceramic planter with a few plants and some cut flowers. I was extremely disappointed and felt taken. I wouldn't have known this if I hadn't attended the visitation.
I also sent a dish garden for another funeral just 2 days later that I was unable to attend. I have no idea what exactly showed up there but I'm not very optimistic that it was any better.

I was trying to sent white sympathy flowers with blue accent flowers, but the photo I got from the recipient showed pinks and purples- not white at all. I was very disappointed this was not at all like what I was trying to purchase

The local florist may have had a last minute issue with the flowers you selected, so they made adjustments in order to deliver a flower arrangement to the service. When I looked up your order number, I saw that a partial refund in the amount of $45 USD was processed on January 25th. It can take up to 7 business days for the refund to be returned to you.
With the loss of my Mother, being able to order and deliver and this plant through echovita, allowed me the time to do other things to prepare for her services. Thank you.

The flowers were not there at the time of the visitation - i was happy that the funeral home was able to contact someone to have flowers arrive from the family.

I felt relaxed and confident that the funeral flowers that I ordered would be taken care of. I ordered in plenty of time. Once at the funeral however, I was greatly upset to see that my order was not there. I felt terrible. I had wanted to let the bereaved family know that I cared so very much but instead was embarrassed as I apologized for my flowers not arriving. Later I was informed that hours after the funeral the flowers were delivered to the church. The grieving, exhausted spouse was then asked to drive a distance to pick up the arrangement. I felt so bad. I was sympathetically issued a refund from Echovita as I called and spoke with a representative. They were very nice but truthfully there's no way they can make up for failing me.
I ordered the flower stand to be delivered to the church for a funeral service. It was not delivered because I was in the church. I called the customer service before the funeral who placed me on hold and told me that the supervisor will contact me. No one contacted me. Very disappointed and unhappy with the service.
