Ordered an arrangement for a relatives funeral. Placed the order on Monday, order wasn't received until 4 pm Wednesday. Viewing was Wed from 2 - 8 pm. Order was late and finished product wasn't as nice as appeared in picture.

I ordered flowers for a visitation/funeral. They didn't show up for the visitation and they said they weren't delivered yet. A few minutes later I got an email saying they were delivered the day before (they were not at the funeral home). They just kept saying they'd check into it and a few minutes later saying they were delivered. I did get a refund but it was very disheartening to not have them delivered.
I spoke with a customer representative before ordering to discuss a custom order. I followed the instructions provided step-by-step. The delivery was not customized.
I ordered a basket of mixed plants and flowers. It was attractive but was not in the same size basket that I saw on your website and it didn't have enough flowers. It was pretty but not like the picture. It was delivered on time and I would order from you again. Thank you.
Ordered flowers to send to a funeral we were unable to attend in person. Order was placed 2 days prior to the funeral. I received an email 2 days AFTER the funeral saying the flowers were unable to be delivered due to no florist availability.
Should have been notified the day before the funeral so I could have made additional arrangements.

Yes, you should have definitely been notified at least 24 hours before the funeral if your order couldn't be delivered. This means the local florist assigned your order did not fulfill the order, and when our partner, Blooms Today, contacted them regarding your order, they advised Blooms Today that they were unable to deliver the order. When this happens, the local florist is cautioned, and if it happens again, they are no longer sent orders to fulfill. We're sorry about the experience you had.
I ordered a peace plant. The order delivered was an arrangement of cut flowers. While beautiful, I ordered a plant that was not only symbolic, but a living plant that the family could keep. My daughter-in-law sent a thank you with a picture of the arrangement. Needless to say, I was disappointed.
Delivery was timely and correct for the order. The flower arrangement we ordered was smaller than the picture made it look like. A bit disappointed when I saw them and disappointed in the value for the money..
We had a very informative and enjoyable wine tasting session. We purchased 3 bottles of wine to be sent to the states. The wine arrived even before we got back home. We can't wait to open it and enjoy it soon.
I received a thank you card saying that the flowers were beautiful. I also saw the arrangement at the funeral service and the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! The florist did a fantastic job of duplicating the arrangement shown online.
They did not deliver the flowers to funeral home or contacted me until DAYS after the funeral was over. Received EMAIL. Awful...I was extremely upset along with my entire family! Funeral was out of state... we could not attend so expected for family to atleast see our respect with flowers for loss of our loved one! They should have contacted me ASAP if they could not handle the job!

The local florist is supposed to notify our partner Blooms Today ahead of time if they are unable to fulfill the order and deliver it on time, so that Blooms Today can contact you. In this case, the florist didn't do as they are supposed to, so when Blooms Today was going through the orders to confirm deliveries, they realized that the local florist didn't confirm delivery, they refunded the order.
Ordered a 30 inch bright colored arrangement. What arrived was ok, but it wasn't a 30 inch arrangement. It was a few small plants in a basket. It served its purpose and was nice looking, just not what I ordered.
Excellent website structure to me it simple and complete to provide what flows meeting every detail and a very competitive price. Could not ask for more.
Peace Lily Plant we ordered never arrived & Candle was not lit. We would never had known had we not checked with a family member who was to have taken the plant after the service. We did receive a full refund after contacting the Mortuary, the local Flower Shop & echovita. Very disappointing that the Family did not receive the Memorial.

Ordered 2 days early and surprised they were not there, then as we were leaving see they had been brought in, apparently during service and left at church desk. Very disappointing.
The flowers were beautiful. Not having to worry about getting a florist in the area was so welcomed. The florist was so caring and accommodating. The flowers were delivered on time for a 10:00 service even though I ordered the night before.
I ordered the flowers online. Was assured that they would be delivered. Next day I get an email requesting a new address to send the flowers. I thought that's the funeral home that they need to be delivered to. I called them they said none of the florists will deliver to that address. So I was given a refund promptly. Which was good. Still I needed those flowers there. I stopped by the florist in town beside the funeral home. Was told no one contacted them about an order. Wasn't a good experience. Some things you can't trust to an online order. I found out the bad way.
I was really concerned about placing my order so late, due to bad timing on my part, plus being the first time using this company. However, Echovita had delivered my order the next day, less than 24hrs from the time of purchase! It was very easy and straightforward to use the website, very reasonable prices as well as very reliable! I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone!
We order a plant for a funeral. What was there was so tiny and it was dead. I was so embarrassed. When I called the number of the shop who sent the so called flowers. She sent me her order she received and in it it was for $50.00 not what I had paid. I paid over $77.00 and her paperwork stated to do 50.00. Total rip off
I ordered flowers from your website to be delivered on the morning of the funeral. On Sunday I received an email from? Saying that the flowers had been delivered. Were they delivered on Saturday or Sunday (which was after the funeral). This was confusing,
Answer: Candles, messages, and memories left on Echovita only appear on the obituary page you left it on Echovita. They do not simultaneously appear on the funeral home's website. No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website. Answer: The eternity candle you purchased is a virtual candle that remains lit on the obituary page on our website. The family is not directly notified, but your message and candle are posted publicly on the obituary page, so anyone who visits the page will be able to see it.
