The flowers were delivered on the day of the funeral after 5 and my son's funeral was at 2;they had wilted also the funeral home has been notified. Your company was notified and noone has received any feedback from you.

The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time! The added confirmation that they were delivered made me feel even better about my order.

A relative was at the funeral and told me there were no flowers from my family. The funeral director confirmed this. A refund was issued. I was absolutely horrified of the arrangement that was sent to my aunt's wake. It was nothing like what I ordered and not the picture that I received on my delivery receipt. It looked like there was no more than $10 worth of flowers in the tiny vase that was delivered! I was very embarrassed by what was sent especially seeing that four of us went in on the arrangement for the price that we paid for it.

I was never sent an email as to what the substitution was and flowers with our card were not sent to funeral. No refund was made. I need to track down what happened and request a full refund.

We recently experienced a death in our family. As a Stage Four cancer patient I was not strong enough to attend the funeral. Also a number of our family were out of the country. The ease of sending flowers directly to the funeral was a blessing for all of us. The flowers (by picture) were lovely.
We had no clue who and where the crappy site came from, but it published our deceased relative's data on the site. We are not comfortable with them disclosing our family members' names, DOBs, and the Year of deceased, but they did all of that anyway. Very disturbing!

I was informed the day before the funeral that they could not ship the flowers to the funeral home in time for the viewing! They offered to send it to the widows home but that was totally unacceptable. They did give a speedy return of my money but the whole ordeal was extremely stressful.
