I'm super happy with how quickly the book came. Its was exactly on time! It's also in great condition for a rental. I saw a few highlighter marks here and there but nothing that is distracting.

My experience was amazing. It was quick easy. It came in very good condition and I would highly recommend excellent customer service.
Deceptive sale techniques. Purchased book that ended up being access code. Paid expedited shipping, which did not happen. Item received 18 days after order. Not the original book as ordered but rather a grossly overpriced access code that could have been delivered immediately at the time of purchase. Company waited just long enough for credit card company to process charges.
Ordered book. Paid for book. Never received book. No contact from company that there is a problem. No refund. This as a total scam and I will not use again.
Everything went well with ordering my book. I'm just not sure how to return it when I am done. I did not receive a return label.
I have heard a lot of great things and I am excited to start renting books from here
