This is the first time using eCampus. My books came in good condition and one day before I expected.

Ordering was easy and they had good pricing. Shopping took a little bit longer than I thought, but got it just in time for classes to start! Hopefully the return of the rental will be just as easy as ordering.

Everything was straight forward and easy to order a book. I was new to ecampus.com and had to create a new account to order a book. It was delivered quickly too.

I got the text book at a decreased price, but it took awhile to ship and there was more wear and tear than expected

ECampus has been the go-to for textbooks over the last 2.5 years. It has always had exactly the textbooks/edition needed for reasonable prices.

I still do not have the book that I ordered. Instead I get these stupid messages. The first one presented several options like "My package was delivered" or "My package has not been delivered." But the only option one could click on was the one saying "My package has been delivered." It hadn't, so I had no choice but to ignore the whole message. Now I get this one asking me to rate "the experience." Well, use your imagination. Where is my package?

I was told ill receive my book in 24 hours, then it started asking for additional money to get it faster.

Some of the cheapest prices, and wide title availability. The books came in good condition, as expected. No problems.

I received the package and invoice but no book. I have tried contacting ecampus for a refund or a new book sent out but have not received any communication back. It would be nice to get what I paid for or a refund.

Purchased a textbook that was not easy to find and got it for a fair price. The book is in good condition and it shipped fast.

Not Very Good Customer Service. Advertised item as in stock and then cancelled the order without communicating anything to me.

The whole process was very simple. Ordering, shipping and the shipping time were all excellent. My book was in very good condition.

No concerns, was able to access book within 24 hours. Not an instant download.
