Thought it was a good site. Placed an order to ship to my wife. I paid for the order with my debit card. ECampus books cancelled the order because My billing name did not match my wifes shipping name. Spend 25 mins on hold trying to get the order figured out. No help from customer service
I have never used this website to purchase textbooks but it was easy and cheaper than even Amazon textbooks. I received my books fairly quickly as well. I wish I used it earlier in my college years!

They provide a very big display saying that all orders over $35 are free shipping. Except this doesn't work with Marketplace offers, which is by far the greatest way they sell their books. Very misleading and disappointing.

The book was available and delivered quickly. However, a $60 rental turned into $90 after service fee and shipping costs. I would have looked elsewhere if time permitted.
