I ordered a few pieces from them and after waiting like 3 days I got a message from them saying because my address and billing address is different that they needed to see a picture of my ID, and a picture of my credit card front and back. So I sent this and waited more days until they sent a message back saying we don't even have the color you ordered. So I ask for a refund and they processed it. Now why would a company take my payment, and then ask me for extremely personal documents just to tell me they were out of the hair I had already ordered? I call scam. Be careful.

In the past this company was great now it's trash. On one of my orders it took 3 weeks for me to receive my order. They didn't send out an email or call to let me know the delay. The reasoning behind the delay was because they were out of severe items I ordered. Which wasn't sold out when I ordered the items. The very next time I ordered, I once again patiently waited two weeks before contacting them only to be disappointed my order was canceled. Customer service personnel Larissa was no help and have no compassion for customers, may need to find a new carrier.

Ellie was incredibly unprofessional and ended my chat because she didn't want to answer my question. I've ordered here before and received great quality hair but this order was under false advertisement and that's such a shame because it used to be really good hair. Joyce made it seem like she fixed the issue and she did not. The colors I ordered were NOT what I received and they literally replied saying the color chart is just a "reference" and that they are not accurate. What's the point of having the colors shown when that's not what you're going to receive?
Their return policy is also horrific, y'all. You have to PAY to return an item AND they'll take 20% of what you paid as a "fee" so you won't get a full refund if you do return. Absolutely unethical and terrible.
You will wait at least 2 weeks for your order regardless of whether you pay for shipping or not. They are quick to take your money but at their slow pace to send out the merchandise. Use best hair world they are awesome! The customer service at this company is terrible at best! You will sadly disappointed!
Every time I order from Ebonyline they are always out of stock AFTER I buy the item. The last item that I bought was purchased on Thursday. I didn't hear from them at all so on Monday I had to check on the status. That's when I was told that one of my purchases was not in stock so if I were to wait for the item to be in stock that will delay the delivery by up to 7 days UNLESS I choose a different color from what I had originally ordered.
I choose priority shipping, which was a lot more than standard shipping so the fact that I paid the extra money only for me to not only have a delay but to also not be able to get my full order is aggravating.
In conclusion, there are plenty of other sites that keep up with and let you know up front what they have in stock. Skip the hassle and avoid shopping here!

Items were great. Arrived on time and as described the first time, I love shopping here. Items are a good quality for their price. So far I have been getting good costumer service but the only thing I would like them to improve is their stock inventory that they show on their website. It's the 2nd and 3rd time I ordered a few wigs and they reply that they are out of stock unless I want my order to be delayed 7 days. I would just wish they would be transparent in letting us know what is out of stock from the get go and then maybe let us know when it's back in stock? That's just an area i think they can improve on. Otherwise great products.
