I've had a store on eBluejay for about 10 years (Artlinc). Sold many items, some high end, and with no buyer issues. Correspondence between buyer and seller, however, is somewhat spotty. It would help sellers to place as much contact information in your listing to avoid loss of revenue. And, use Paypal for transactions for the safest possible way to conduct transactions.
I found that references to my account and yours are indexed on Google and likely others. Anyone on the Internet can browse these private portions of their site. I have asked 3 times now to cancel my account and it's pure crickets. No response whatsoever.
I have found that it is really easy to open a store, set it up, and post listings. It is all very straightforward. I wish titles of listings could be a tad bit longer, but it's okay. Henderson has been very responsive to any questions I've had, although you do have to check the email used to open the store for the answers. It would be nice if it all happened on the website. It would also be nice if the shipping overcharge refund system was a bit more straightforward. I love that listings can have up to 24 photos! The signup fee is more than worth it, given that there are no other fees for listings or selling, just payment processing fees from Paypal. I highly recommend!
Blujay.com is a place where merchants or anyone else can open a store to sell items. They are not involved or associated with the sellers. They are just a website where you can sell whatever it is you want to sell. It is your responsibility to check on the seller before you buy from them. There are no fees for opening a store or charges when you make a sale. I myself have a store there and have bought items from other people who have stores on Blujay.com. I find it to be a great venue for selling my products to the public without having to pay fees that eat up any money I may make. Buyers should always check the background (BBB, Consumer Affairs, Forums etc.) of a seller before making a purchase no matter where you find them.
I attempted to use Ebluejay to purchase an item. When I neither received my item or heard back from the seller (saloonofsales), I tried contacting Ebluejay, but my multiple requests were ignored. Don't use this site. It's a scan.
STOP! Do not purchase anything from this site. On 3/23/11 I purchased and paid for 2 CD's and never got them. After leaving several messages on the invoice, several emails to the vendor and several emails to blue jay ALL of which went unanswered I am frustrated but smarter because of the fradulent practices of these individuals. BUYER BEWARE!
The site is a bit dated but I do like their diverse selection and good category structure. I recommend BJ to people who need an alternative to the big E**y.
I've been with Ebluejay since 2015 & have tons of items listed, never had issues with buyers. My problem is that ebluejay won't forward my answers to customers so I've lost tons of sales. At first it was just a few customers now, almost all of them don't get my reply. Reason I know this is because some customers found my actual email address & emailed me directly without going through ebluejay. They said they never got any of my replies. I've sent messages to ebluejay's "contact help" and never got their replies. Frustrating after listing items one at a time for months and months and then not being able to sell them because ebluejay won't help with any issues. Obviously they don't monitor their site anymore and don't reply to a sellers problem on their site!
I am Melsmemories on ebluejay
I still get some questions about my products if they go to "ask seller a question". Hopefully ebluejay will forward the question to me, probably not all. If a person wants to buy an item they would have to include their email so I can answer their questions directly.
I am looking for a different place to list my items to sell rather than Ebluejay!
Hi! I spent so much time posting products. I understand there are people posting with robots. But that's not the point.
I was in shock today. I wanted to release pictures for digital sale and I saw an account there that sells my two t-shirts with my designs. And write on the site. No answer. I want to write a seller review, nowhere to go. I don't want to talk to this person who steals my designs from the site and what he is selling. I don't believe in selling these t-shirts. It has no mine designs and no rights over those designs. But who knows. This is a steal for me. Tell me, what can I do about it? Who to contact if no one on this site answers.
This person's profile is fanliao775
My profile is dcveta
For me, this is a violation of all my rights as a person and a person. This person is ruining everything I've been building for years.
Please help me!
What do you think can be done in this case?
I wish there was an opportunity for every seller to write reviews. Then not everyone can do what they want.
I'm sorry my English is not good.
Very easy transaction process. I would highly recommend. I love the feature of no selling or buying fees.
I've been listing on ebluejay since may, with absolutely NOTHING selling (despite a number of the items being highly sought after by collectors). Now I know why - NONE of my listings are showing up in searches! Not the robotech jet, not the masei 911 helmet, not even the rare star trek poster! And the scum who own the site never respond to customer emails! What did I pay their $20 for in order to sell stuff when nobody is seeing what I'm selling?

A quick check on google maps shows that ebluejay is being run out of lot 17 of an RV park! Which is not good as far as trustworthiness.
