I've now had two interactions with their customer service, and both were horrid. This last time I had a restaurant with an extremely rude delivery driver who YELLED at both my girlfriend and I when he couldn't find our apartment. So when we discovered a hair in our chilaquiles AFTER eating a healthy portion of them we were pretty upset. However, that was only the beginning of my woes. I contacted customer support through their messaging app (only way we could contact them on the app, btw) and requested to speak with a manager. I was however stonewalled and ultimately ignored for over 20 minutes (I kept a screenshot of the chat log it was so ridiculous) until I finally called, livid. It again took nearly 5 minutes to connect to a manager, and when I finally did she wanted a picture (?!?) of the offending hair. Finally we did get a refund after 40 minutes, but I will NEVER be using them again. I can't believe the rudeness and disrespect, this company needs to seriously evaluate how they treat customers.
I ordered for me and my daughter around 1:20 pm - at 2:30 called and was told it would be there by 2:45. When it still hadnt arrived by 3:30 I called again and was told it was cancelled because I didnt answer my phone - which is a LIE because my phone was next to me and the driver couldnt find my house also big LIE because my house is easily found on GPS - shame on you
If I could give 0 stars I would! This site blows! Horrible service, slower than driving grammas! I will be going to the greasiest infested drive-thru before ordering through them ever again!
Charged my PayPal account 6 times, got food once - no refund yet and the charges did not clear, as their help desk told me.
I've used the Eat 24 app and have been experiencing issues (1st) issue I spent close to 30.00 and ONLY got 15.00 worth of my food money was refunded in 3 days,
(2nd) issue my ordered was canceled without my knowledge no email text nor call I had to call to find out that my order had been cancelled (3rd) issue my wife placed an order when the food arrived it was cold!
(4th) issue I was suppose to receive a refund for food I did NOT get need I mind you that was Nov. 24th here it is Dec 5th I called 5 time maybe more and got the run around they blamed my bank for not refunding me my money even though WE ALL KNOW it wasn't because they canceled my order but still took my money best thing to do is report them my case is now under investigation the tech support was NO HELP and told a lot of lies! They are BULL$#*! and do NOT CARE ABOUT their customers didn't even want to help. Anyone experiencing any of these problems report them and use another app. This $#*! is garbage and a waste of time if I could they would get NO stars!
Made up stories and unsatisfactory customer relations they do nothing respond when want and make up answers too satisfy them selves,, beware

I have used your service several times but have always been annoyed by the informal and unprofessional nature of your emails and website. Last night it went over the top.
I was asked to follow a link to explore and comment upon your new logo. I hadn't really looked at your old one, but a coupon was promised. I was horrified to find a "hilarious" X-rated discussion about the new logo. Of course, customers made awful comments, but your staff egged them on and even posted things such as: ( |)==== =D (and others) to further the mood. All the time making at least R-rated comments to keep things going. I logged in briefly just to tell them to tone it down. My comment was immediately removed.
I am angry and embarrassed. I pass my coupons on to my 13 year old daughter who lives within walking distance of a restaurant that participates. She uses my account and credit card info, but I'm sure she accesses the site from time to time. To find THIS? She is old enough to probably "get it", but I would rather she not see such things upon her father's recommendation. Nor would I allow her to use my card to go to a porn site either. I hope you get the point.
So if you insist upon the informality and unprofessional behavior, could you at least not hire 17 year old boys to handle your online chat? If this was intentional upon your company's part, I find it deplorable. And if not, you should discipline these people for they are the face of your company.

Horrible, unresponsive, uncaring, dishonest people. I ordered food from Beef O Bradys at 6:34. After 2 hours, I chatted to see about my order. The agent said it was the restaurant's fault for being so slow. I called the restaurant and the hostess checked the ticket and said the order was called in just minutes ago but she would see that it was expedited. I called Eat24 back and told they were wrong to lie about the restaurant. They denied blaming Beef O Bradys and said instead that it was the delivery service's fault. The delivery service said they had no responsibility because they only did what Eat24 said. They called Eat24 their "portal". In a little while, I called Beef O Brady's again and was told the order was ready and had been waiting 20 minutes now to be picked up. I called Doorstep Delivery and they were awful. Very unkind. Very unhelpful, accusational, unwilling to listen to anything. They said i would have to call eat24 about the delivery, which I did. It finally arrived 3 hours late and the food was cold! And the order was wrong. I had paid for a 4 rib dinner and there were only 3 (who ate my other rib?), and I had paid for 6 beignets and there were only 4 (where did the other 2 go?) The delivery service said they had no responsibility at all because they worked for Eat24 and would do nothing about the order. I asked them to come pick it up and they refused. Eat24 refused to do anything. They blamed the delivery service. The delivery service blamed them. Both blamed Beef O Bradys. The restaurant did nothing wrong. I think Eat24 is a horrible company and Doorstep Delivery is equally horrible. Please be aware that you will be dealing with liars and cheats if you use either of these companies. They did not care that the food was cold. They did not care that the order was wrong. They are without honor, without dignity, without morals and unworthy of anyone's business.
