I had to file a claim with PayPal and wait the ten+ days to get my money back because your staff did not respond to PayPal's request for information. Does your CEO have any integrity or character? Or is he/she so disconnected from the business that he/she is just completely unaware that no one is driving the boat? You are hurting people unnecessarily.
