I Ordered two pairs of shoes. One pair was not the right item. I never received the correct shoes after three weeks. I keep emailing them and it takes days for them to respond without solving any issue.
The shoes are not comfortable with a cork bottom either. Poor quality overall.
This company showed up on FB feed and I will report this company for gouging my money and not refunding the item. I am advising people to stay away from this company, one of the worst shoe companies online.

Poorly made

I bought earth shoes sandals and less than 6 weeks later they are falling apart. Earth Shoes said too bad, but since they had been worn, I could not return them. They gave me a coupon code for 10% off a new pair. Ordered a different style but upon inspection when they arrive, the workmanship was just a shoddy. Returned them but had to pay shipping. STAY AWAY!
I tried to add photos but could not upload them or the copy of my receipt

I received shoes that do not fit. I have a high arch and because of that, I cannot get the shoes to fit at all. I have ordered other shoes which I liked from them and kept. When I try to return these shoes, I get a message that my order number does not exist. There is a different order number on my packing slip and the order receipt I got online. Neither work. I have left 6 messages with customer service. No one ever answers. I got one call back when I was in a meeting and it said the order number does not exist. I have the shoes so obviously they sent them.
Even though I think their shoes are cute, I do not recommend anyone ever order shoes from this company if you ever have trouble with getting shoes to fit that you order online.

I am a customer at ASOS for a long time. And unfortunately, I'm done with this company after they never figure out with my refund on $450-600. That's a lot of money for me. I dropped my three packages more than a month ago. They never receive my packages therefore no refund for me because I don't gave proof of postage. They couldn't even provide me with a USPS tracking number that they usually send with the order. With that said, if you just drop your package without a proof of postage, you are losing you money. You are responsible for that and they will not help you with that and it us no matter how much you spend over there!

Buyer beware: This company is run in a VERY unethical manner. They lie about their shows fitting true to size and will not allow returns or exchanges. They think that it's nothing for people to drop $60 for a pair of shoes they can't wear and the only thing they care about is getting your $$ and once they do, you can kiss it goodbye because they will NOT issue a refund or even an exchange for a shoe that fits. Thuggy.

This company is run by an Ivy League millennial who could care less about the financial realities that people face or running the company in a humanistic, ethical way.

Oh, and it also took me a MONTH to get the shoes that I found out didn't fit (after I had been told ALL their shoes fit true to size--NOT true). If you still want to purchase their shoes, I would recommend buying it from another retailer that offers NORMAL return policies, or else you'll find yourself feeling screwed over and very frustrated (and who needs the stress?). Honestly, I'm just completely turned off from their shoes altogether after my experience.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Brand new leather loafers, like Timberlands, fit great but the soles become loose, fall off, not glued. NO REPAIR AVAILABLE. The shoes have no wear at all, ground contact sole looks brand new, no marks, scuffs, but fell off of shoe!

Placed an order for 20 pairs of shoes, with the intention of keeping the 4 or 5 pairs that fit best. I purposely order online because I am hard to fit and most brick and mortar stores do not carry wide shoes. All over their website it stated FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS, COMPLETELY RISK FREE SHOPPING. So I thought great, I will place a big order. I spent a couple hours perusing the website and placed the order. The next day I got a call asking me if I really placed the order. Yep. Then I was informed that there could be a restocking fee if I returned "too many" pairs of shoes. What? What about the free shipping and returns. "we reserve the right to charge $5 PER PAIR for "excessive" returns. Where does it say that? She directs me to a sentence at the bottom of a paragraph about 3 links in from the "returns" link. And how would I even see this, or look for it when it says FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS, COMPLETELY RISK FREE SHOPPING all over the page, including at the bottom of my order confirmation? Long story short, they refused to agree to honor their own motto. They insist that they can charge a restocking fee at their discretion. They have since modified their listing to exclude COMPLETELY RISK FREE SHOPPING, but it still states FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS with no asterisk that would lead you to the hidden section about paying $5 per pair restocking. So unless you are sure these shoes will fit, you should buy them elsewhere. Or better yet, don't buy this brand at all, since they have such questionable business practices.

I placed an order on December 3 for two items: a pair of boots I'd been eyeballing for months after it was repeatedly advertised in my FB feed, and a bottle of water repellent spray for the boots. The water repellent arrived in a little over a week, and the order status of the shoes indicated that it hadn't shipped. After 3 weeks I emailed customer service and got a reply that said my issue had been "deemed resolved," but that's it- they gave me no info. Basically someone just said screw this and marked it "resolved." I called and a recording told me to use email, so I emailed again. I received an automated response telling me they'd email me when my order shipped. After another week I emailed and requested a refund. Then I received a response saying that the order had been canceled because they didn't have the shoes in stock. If they weren't in stock they shouldn't have accepted the order, or they could have told me that when I first inquired. Very unprofessional and inefficient on their end and extremely frustrating for me. They did offer a discount on my next order but that's useless to me because I will never order from them again.
