Over a year ago, I ordered a banner and it was delivered very pixelated. I brought this to their attention and Emmanuel said I had only 24 hours to notify them to take advantage of the Goof Proof guarantee. Three weeks ago I made a $430 purchase, and specifically requested Esign to ensure that the product was not pixelated. It was delivered pixelated and I notified Emmanuel within 24 hours. There was some back-and-forth about submitting the work through their online design tool. Then Emmanuel just stop communicating. He offered me a 20% discount on future work and refused to reprint or give a refund. The Goof Proof guarantee is a joke and a fraud. I have spent plenty of money with Esigns only to get screwed on a job like this.
Loved how easy it was to design a sign for a party. We had so much fun with it and it turned out great!

Picked up your retractable banners on a Friday afternoon and they made my weekend. Beautiful color, great product and even a case! Our staff, people with disabilities and caregivers loved them. Because they turned out so well, we will be using them all year round rather than just for the event.
I am already working on several more. I wish I found you guys 10 years ago. Outstanding work.

I absolutely love everything I've ordered from eSigns! My organization has used them for various kinds of custom-made building signage. The process is easy, production and delivery are quick, customer service is top-notch. I can't say enough good things about them!
No complaints thus far. My order got delivered faster than expected...when I was away on holiday. It would be great if there was a way to scale artwork and text to maintain original proportions. Other than that, I'm completely satisfied.
Found eSigns with an online search. Used the online design app and ordered 4 banners. They shipped the next day and we used them at a convention a few days after they arrived. Excellent product and great service. Had to call for design help a couple times, walked me right through my problem. Our company owner says this was the best buy he made all year! We'll be ordering more signs shortly from eSigns.

AMAZING price and turn around time is fabulous. Will use Esigns again and again as I will be making many banners for years to come for high school kids! Took a while to load my images but they were large. The options for editing were good. The signs came out awesome! They even threw in an extra sign of each type! Arrived on the day promised. Would use this company again.
I bought two economy retractable signs and a small banner for our business. I am very happy with the quality and service. It has been a while since my last order as the older banners held up so well. The online creation tool was easy to navigate.
Been buying from you guys for years, and I've never been disappointed. The colors are bright and true, the vinyl sturdy, the design looks just as it did online. I especially like being able to put outside artwork (with permission, of the artist, of course) on the banners. This time, I ordered two extra banners of a size I haven't tried before, and the online app let me see exactly how they'd look with the original design (bad!), so I could change to something that better fitted the new size and shape.
As usual, delivery was fast, fast--very useful for the absent-minded among us.
Customer service was excellent. I made a comment about shipping, but not asking for anything to happen--just a comment. They responded and took care of my complaint:)
