Damage occurred to our shipment once it left the eSigns warehouse. Not only did eSigns quickly replace the product (totally free...yes totally) but they did so within minutes of our request for assistance. That never happens with a vendor. At Doing Right By Rescues we are a non profit organization and we need to respect donations so we shopped around extensively to compare quality and pricing-and now we can share that eSigns is priced very reasonably and provides products which have exceeded our expectations. We have found a forever vendor in eSigns for all our non profits signage needs. We will continue to recommend eSigns to our friends and families!
Love your quality and customer service. We have several stand-up banners that we use for various events and we purchase replacement banners each year. Love their 'goof-proof' guarantee. Three days before the event I realized I misspelled one of the sponsor names. Within 48 hours I had a new banner and only paid for expedited delivery.
The product is high quality and always looks great!
Very pleased with esigns quality. I am a repeat customer and have ordered signs and business cards numerous times. I do think pricing is a little high though and would suggest that rather than offering discount codes that a repeat customer may not see or find until "after" their purchases that the discount be included in the checkout price without the need to enter codes.
I'll always use you guys.
After receiving my order, I actually called and talked to Nicole (I think). Our banner was so cool and just what I wanted that I had to thank somebody right away. Nicole answered the phone, we talked, she was great. I asked a few questions about the company, wondered how many people, how you guys do it so fast, etc.
I work in a manufacturing environment, and I know our production folks don't hear it enough when our customers are super happy. They're more apt to hear when our customers have problems, so please... share our story with your production people and let them know that our company in Buffalo, New York, thinks you guys are the best!

Excellent banners and service. Very fast delivery. Low prices and free delivery! This is a super company!
Only one small suggestion would be eyelets (grommets) location requests. My banners needed additional eyelets across the top for mounting. I would have preferred to have them installed ahead. ALSO, brass colored eyelets would have been perfect.
Very easy with straightforward instructions for someone who has never made a banner before!
I want to thank Mark Roberson for following up with me regarding my incorrect image size. I had made a mistake and I was very happy that he could fix it for me hassle free! Loved that.

You site crashed twice while I was trying to place an order. It did this on two separate devices on separate networks. Appreciate the discount code as incentive to try again. Order went through this time, looking forward to seeing them, may need more.
We have ordered many times from Esigns. They are very nice and helpful and timeliness is never an issue. One of my images had an issue. Customer service worked with me to get it correct. I have been very pleased.
Telephone help was very helpful. Designing is quite challenging for those not familiar with graphic software.
More instruction or a brief youtube video to show the process of selecting background, adding text, EDITING text, basic principals on readability would be helpful.
Ordering was quick and easy. Took a few minutes for the proof, but otherwise so far so good. Waiting to see actual product. Item received sooner than expected. I'm satisfied with the banner I ordered and with the overall experience.
The overall experience was great and the turn time was fast. We ordered 3 pull signs. The only negative was minor but if i don't mention it then it can't be fixed for future customers. The backs of the signs were smudged and dirty from laying them out on the floor or a dirty work surface to trim and assemble into the base. The fronts come in contact with the back as they roll up into the base. I was able to clean get the grit cleaned off but some of the smudges and a shoe print remained. Just glad the fronts didn't get smudged. No one is supposed to look at the back anyway - right.
The signs were good but when I arrived home they were laying out in the yard in the pouring rain. Not sure what you all could have done about that, The delivery people should have stood the sign behind the screen door or the flower pot. It makes me wonder about doing this again on line.
The designer is a good tool, easy to use. Folks, I didn't find other sites use such a simple designed that works on all browsers. (Kudos, to those who developed the code for the designer). The banner I wanted a simple one and hence the site worked well for me. The package arrived the very next day as promised.
I received proper notification during the order, post-order, pre-delivery and post-delivery.

(comments before receiving sign :) I did not really understand what options I had to specify and/or design the sign as I wanted. I hope it comes out okay, but I am fearful.
(afterward :) The sign I received was fine. Looked good, easy to read, black letters on a white background, even though I was not aware of having been given any choice. However I feel like I just got lucky, as I never really understood how, and to what degree, I was able to specify the details.
You make it easy. You have many options for many venues and uses, tons of sizes, are always easy to work with when something needs a tweak or special attention. I appreciate the guidelines you give for those of us who provide original art. I'm ALWAYS happy with my orders.
I love this company! I have always received my orders timely and the products are excellent. The customer service is great as well and so is the value. So many companies cannot deliver a great product in a short amount of time...but Esigns has it down. You will not go wrong using Esigns.

LOVE esigns! But in the dozen economy retractable banners that I have ordered, 2 broke after the first use (unable to retract) while you did replace them both, I think maybe something needs to be adjusted in the design/assembly to avoid this.
