LOVE esigns! But in the dozen economy retractable banners that I have ordered, 2 broke after the first use (unable to retract) while you did replace them both, I think maybe something needs to be adjusted in the design/assembly to avoid this.

My church has been very satisfied with the parade banners and activity posters. They are very strong and we do display them many times without any tearing ao fading. Thanks for helping us get the word out for our church to the neighborhood.

This is definitely the best site I've seen for banners. I'll be honest, I try to support local businesses. However my experience was so good, I'm actually looking for more banners to make. Great experience

Great service. After contacting you indicating sign was damaged in delivery and also asking you center an item (my fault for not centering to begin with), you offered to send another sign undamaged with my corrections. Not only received the new signs within 2 days, but received 4 additional copies with no charge! Excellent customer service! Thank you!

This is the third time that I've ordered yard signs for an upcoming election. The product is of outstanding quality with colors true to the designs. Packaging and delivery have been fantastic with every order.

Two of the bags had broken zippers, but the customer service team is sending out replacement bags.

The banners themselves are gorgeous and were very high quality. The bags are nice too. I just think that maybe you need to upgrade your zippers (unless there was something really weird and for some reason I received 2 / 5 broken zippers and no one else is complaining of the same poor quality).

Easy Access, easy design, and great prices. The finished product exceeded my expectations. The colors are crisp, clear, and vibrant. Images seem to POP from the page. I'm very satisfied at this point in time.

Mostly good, but had difficulty editing the text. At a certain point the 'edit text' goes away. Took longer than I would have liked. Despite the time spent making sure everything was "inside the lines" some of the text was cut off on the sign. Sign size looks smaller than the last ones I ordered, however, I have not measured them. Feedback from the public is: you can see them!

I was very impressed with the speed with which the order was delivered (days sooner than expected), it is a quality product, and CS has always been very prompt and helpful in answering questions or resolving any issue satisfactorily.

There were a few minor bends and a dent on the sandwich board, but stuff like that happens sometimes. Other than that, it came out better than expected. The process to create, order and to have shipped was painless. Thank you for making it so easy.

After having issues with customer support (trying to change background) that was frustrating, Jeff called me and set me up with Chuck to resolve my issue. Jeff was very understanding and Chuck was awesome! He created the perfect banner for me! These two gentlemen are why I will continue ordering from eSigns!

E-Signs is Awesome. It's the ONLY vendor I use for my banners and yard Signs! Images are crystal clear. I have seen these banners/signs hang outside exposed to the elements and they stay strong and hold their bright colors. Service is great and they give out discounts for loyalty.

I have ordered from esigns quite a few times for my Synagogue's events and signage. Quality is always top notch. The last time my retractable sign had a retracting issue, esigns right away re-printed and shipped me a new sign. Having been in the graphics business, i am confident with the products they have provided to me and the customer service. They are terrific!

In the past a discount was emailed after large orders. As I order for fundraisers and school events this helped offset the expense. These discounts have been missed and have definitely caused us to order less this year.

ESigns is totally AWESOME! The site was easy to work with and responded quickly when help was needed. The signs I created look great and were delivered sooner than was expected! We will definitely use them again in the future!
