Over a year ago, I ordered a banner and it was delivered very pixelated. I brought this to their attention and Emmanuel said I had only 24 hours to notify them to take advantage of the Goof Proof guarantee. Three weeks ago I made a $430 purchase, and specifically requested Esign to ensure that the product was not pixelated. It was delivered pixelated and I notified Emmanuel within 24 hours. There was some back-and-forth about submitting the work through their online design tool. Then Emmanuel just stop communicating. He offered me a 20% discount on future work and refused to reprint or give a refund. The Goof Proof guarantee is a joke and a fraud. I have spent plenty of money with Esigns only to get screwed on a job like this.
Had them make a popup banner for us for trade show. We didn't wind up using it for a few weeks. The banner was very difficult to get to open but I managed but it was crooked at the bottom, there was sticky glue on the bottom and it cut off our disclosure. Then a piece fell off. When we went back to them they said we had to let them know in 24 hours if there was a problem and refused to fix to make it right. Last time we do business with them.

Loved how easy it was to design a sign for a party. We had so much fun with it and it turned out great!
I chose eSigns.com because of their wide variety of products, great prices and smooth proofing and ordering process. They had exactly what I needed to order a banner for my 2020 High School Senior and extras such as heat welded hems and hanging grommets were included at no extra cost unlike many other sites. I am so excited to hang the banner outside our home and surprise my 2020 Senior who has worked so hard to achieve this accomplishment.
DIANA AGUERO is all I have to say, this young lady has the best customer service and attitude. She literally helped me with everything on my last minute order. This is the third time I have ordered double-sided outdoor banners for our church. My banners always have been delivered promptly, and the last time I ordered they came a day earlier than promised! As we have had to go to online worship services during the coronavirus outbreak and re-do our banners to reflect that, it was such a relief to be able to place my current order on a Wednesday and receive by Friday with free shipping! The quality has been beyond my expectations. Thank you so much.
A little confusing, but not too much. Unclear how to ask for options relating to holes and such, if I wanted to specify.
There was a quality issue with the image on one side of the double-sided sign I ordered for my granddaughter's graduation. I sent pics to eSign via their online portal, and within an hour, they had contacted me to tell me they had issued another sign for production. AND, they made sure I got it before graduation. This will be a great surprise for my granddaughter. Thanks, eSigns!
I had trouble with my mobile device getting a design to work but these guys were quick to jump in and fix it for me very fast. Great service
Website is easy to use. I don't like having to wait on a proof however I do like that you email when it is ready! I LOVE that you turn items around so quickly and ship them, this is the #1 reason why I work with eSigns.com. Lastly, I have had a few issues over time but your customer service team has been easy to work with. While we could not get 1 color issue resolved, and that was frustrating I felt they tried and had good communications.

quick and easy- did not like how the thumbnail proof BG was gray however. downloaded proof appearded to be the right color however
First time ordering signs online. I would have liked a thumbnail of my banner art to show in my cart to reassure me. I can only rate the experience fully after I have received and reviewed the final product.
I don't know what you have changed on your site from about 2 months ago, but this was extremely frustrating. Banner design used to be much easier. Now text boxes come up in huge sizes and I have to try and get them to the same size, no matter that I have chosen the same size font each time. I have to use a different box per line of text, which means guessing where the line might end. You still do top-notch work, and prices are good, but the design tool changes were not good.
It was a real pain in the neck...last time I skipped the proof, which took days to finally come through. This time it didn't upload. Then I had to wait and contact customer service twice.

I like my products except for the fact the vinyl banners get ripped in the wind. It would be nice if they had slits in the so the wind wouldn't be so damaging.
