A vendor I used had given me three proofs with anywhere from 8-12 errors each time. I finally asked for my money back and looked online. ESigns had good ratings, so I thought I would give it a try. Everything was perfect and I would have given five stars for the product/services category except for one little problem. Specifically, there was a thin, six-inch stray blue line at the bottom of my banner. It was minor issue and not worth sending back. The entire purchasing experience was positive - easy to design, quick to ship, and good quality.
Your customer service and quality of the banners are always excellent! I wish you had 2 day free shipping for loyal customers. I paid extra for 2 day shipping. I did receive a 10% discount but not enough to cover shipping.
There was a very small tear on the back of one of the banners that worries me. The banners will be housed at our church for a year to highlight our church theme. I am hoping the tear doesn't continue through to the other side. I didn't notice it until we put them up 12/31, which was past the 24 hour deadline to report any issues. eSigns.com prices were better than anything else I found. We made these banners for our seniors on the baseball team. I had photo resolution issues and they were able to both talk and live chat me through solutions. They came out perfect and I can't wait to hang them for senior night! I will definitely use them again next year or for any other banners I need.

I had ordered magnetic bumper stickers from another vendor for a similar price... they arrived and the graphics were blurry, some of the print was barely legible. After some back-and-forth emails and asking for a refund, over the course of a week, the other vendor finally admitted their printer was broken (it took a week to figure it out?!?) and reimbursed me for their bad print job. So glad I ended up with eSigns. Will try them for other volunteer or work projects in the future.
I had to pay almost $15.00 Shipping for a small magnet sign that cost a little over $7.00 6"x 12" in size,.70 lbs for $15.00 come on,this is the second time I have ordered from you, this one sticker magnet was stolen from my truck
We don't need it often, but when we do, you're who we go to! I doubt that will change. We've had 4 sets of signs made by ESigns. The site is very easy to use. The orders have always been very good quality and exactly what I designed. Orders are filled and shipped promptly. We've never been disappointed.
I have ordered from e-Signs before but it was a little tricky this time figuring out how to get the banner order in the cart. Probably user error. Once in the cart, the process went flawlessly. The banners were awesome and they arrived within a week! Great quality product, on time. A rare combination. I continue to shop prices at other places just to make sure I am in the ballpark and e-Signs continues to have the best price. I applaud the peeps at e-Signs and will be in touch with my next order.
One very important good thing about your website is that prices are clearly visible. I love that. And the design tool is fun to use--and the banners come out exactly like the online picture. I've been doing the banners for book sale signs for as long as we've had them--tried Esigns and never looked back.
Let me start with, " Your Signs are Fantastic, bright and well made". I think you have a great site. The last batch of heavy duty sign holders fell apart after a few weeks (the ground was very hard and I'm on a windy street), but the signs look great. I'm giving the sign holders another try ( maybe the Spring will enable them to last longer); ordering six to replace the first batch and five for the new signs. The new signs and holders have arrived. I wish I had ordered these signs two years ago, because many new customers have come in having seen them.

Had issues at check out, had to use Paypal instead of credit card that I had used before and after successfully, other than that we received it on time, colors were somewhat off compared to other products and the originals but still looked pretty good at our booth.
