After being invited by my big name grocery store to be a part of e-Rewards I thought about it and decided it would be ok to do surveys. After taking my time and as honestly as I could answer questions in surveys for up to $230 erewards points my account was suspended. After contacting them wondering what I did wrong, which they won't tell you, they reinstated my account. So I really paid closer attention in not going too fast, I'm a fast reader, and again being as honestly as I could, I did a few more surveys and was up to $300 in rewards $, then I receive another email saying my account is suspended and giving no particular reason like I'm a criminal. I've come to the conclusion that they are nothing but a site to get your information. They say it's for the protection of the company but that's a bunch of bull. So again I say don't waste your valuable time as my time was being wasted.
I redeemed a magazine reward on 8/22/20. I have now written to them (you can't call) and no one responds!
In addition, I got very tired of completing 5-7 minutes of a survey just to find out I don't qualify. Why can't they target surveys to your profile? This is not worth your time.
I'm glad to read the other reviews and see I am not the only one. After over 10 years of doing surveys with e-rewards, my account was terminated. No reason was given. When I asked for a reason, I was summarily ignored. I've done online surveys for many companies for many years and have never experienced anything like this before. Do not waste your time with them.
I joined this site in hope of making some extra cash.As it turns out after racking up over $20 in rewards they decided my account was inactive. After I re verified my account I heard nothing, so all the rewards are now down the drain. I wonder how many other people they did this to.The ought to be ashamed of their selves!
Reward for approx 4.00 was to take 20 m. Took much longer for first part? And then said would send a second part to be finished 12 hours later to complete offer. Overall took near a couple of hours over 2 days very frustrating with redundant qs.
Generally good but often a survey will take quite a bit of time and then say I am nor qualified or they have enough respondents already. I think this should be determined before I have spent 5 or 10 minutes on that survey.
They collect your private date have you take long surveys when you get enough points to redeem they rig it so it says unable to redeem must wait 72 hours for when you wait pass that it constantly says same thing they use that as a way to not reward u and will flag and ban your account for no reason due to they dont want to pay you its a scheme to collect data sell it to china and lie like you be rewarded with non intentions of giving you your reward they lie ask ask you to email them and offer no real help just more lies and you cant get your rewards dont use this company save yourself
The site really does give out real rewards. It takes a while to get up to the goal to get a decent reward, but if you find yourself spending a lot of time on the computer just browsing around, why not fill out a few surveys and get rewarded for your opinion? Some surveys are overly long and the pay is small, but it doesn't cost you anything.
Any claims are quickly filled and correct. The surveys are plentiful, through sometimes one is not qualified after damn near completing one to get to the real survey, but still enough are valid so it well worth doing as you get to express your thoughts.
I have spent a chunk of time filling out their surveys with very little to show for it. Each time I try to redeem points for restaurant.com certificates I encounter problems. My advice, stay away from this site.
I often open messages from e-rewards soon after receipt but, after clicking the offer, I get questions for a new survey. This often goes into a loop. I've not been able to do a survey in at least two months. And "yes," I cleared cookies. This looks like fraud to me.
It's easy enough to pass your time filling out their surveys, but there's a catch: that "$35" you made according to their scheme is only enough to buy a $10 gift card. Interesting economics. It's fraud, and I'd love to see a class-action suit filed against these leeches.
I have taken several surveys for e-rewards for which I did not receive credit. I would never have known that I did not receive credit for all of these numerous surveys had I not been checking my account information after each survey. Then, when I do not get credit, it takes them weeks to get back to me. I just participated in a one hour panel worth $60.00 and did not receive any credit yet after one month. I really wonder how many people they are ripping off and they don't even know it. Very sad. Someone should report them for fraudulent practices.
Took a bunch of surveys while recovering from a broken ankle and not able to do much else. I redeemed a $30 reward with no issues. But then I got to $90 and was suspended. They will not tell me why but I'm guessing I earned too much too fast. Now to "reactivate" they want a photo and real ID. Even if legitimate it is far too risky to upload pictures and driver license - especially when this personal information was not required to set up the account. If any other account of mine is locked or frozen (including financial/brokerage accounts, my online medical records, my online HR and employment records) they can be reactivated via security questions, sending verification codes, etc. Red flags all over the place.
Despite having several years with them Erewards has deleted my account without notice and preventing me from claiming rewards with my accrued points. They have done this arbitrarily with hundreds of people this month. Check out their Facebook page and you will see what I mean. Ask yourself if you want to run the risk of giving them your valuable opinion only to get ripped off. Avoid they are scammers.
I HAD been doing surveys for several years with E rewards. Their surveys have a lot of issues including very low reimbursement, stopping mid survey, and stating you don't qualify after about 20 min in. I tolerated it because it was still easy money when I'm commuting. Well, in May this year, it seems many of us faithful survey takers have been kicked off the panel and all given the same response accusing us of basically lying and cheating. I have always answered honestly. On top of this, they deny you the money you have earned and shut down your account. Unbelievable! If you choose to participate in Erewards and manage to gain enough points to cash in, do it immediately or you may get kicked out with no money for your troubles. I only lost about $50 but others have lost $800 +.
Been a member of e-rewards site for several years and currently have Diamond status.
No longer provided survey's on the e-rewards site, I contacted customer support and was informed my account was suspended.
Being 100% compliant with e-rewards 'Terms & Conditions', I asked for details and all I got was another boilerplate response.
By the other complaints I'm reading, it appears e-rewards is removing accounts that they deem are no longer profitable (aka. Folks actually using their points)
I love doing the surveys. I have already got free movies tickets and $25 credit to red lobster. That's in 1 month. If they say you don't qualify you still get a credit. Try marking in other for race as they are looking for all races and can get you qualified for more surveys. Keep refreshing to find more surveys as not all of them get sent to emails. Check in mornings and afternoon as by night time those surveys are already full.
Very bad. This company is known for defrauding people out of their rewards. It's a complete waste of time. You will not get your subscriptions, either. Please save yourself the frustration and disappointment! The support people are the worst, not helpful in the slightest. When I asked why they deleted my account with $52 in rewards, the rep "Mariel" literally said "I don't know and I don't care."
FOLLOW UP... Was reinstated but all my rewards were taken away. So I cancelled. Don't bother with them.
Have been loyal e-rewards survey for MANY years. Then, without notice or warning, was told my account was inactive and the reason was discrepancies or survey terms and conditions... after how many years there is a problem. Had over $200 in rewards taken without warning. I'll rethink doing surveys in the future because of this. Going to file a compliant with BBB and the Texas AG.
