Ordered a custom made Natuzzi sofa and loveseat. At the time of ordering told it could take 3-4 months as it is made for us. Paid 1/2 down. In three months told item delivered to US. So I thought the sofa was made in Italy as that is where Natuzzi is. No the leather comes from Italy but sofa made, you guess it, China.
Anyway at time it arrives in US I had to pay balance of amount due. Now came the problem. Sofa was scheduled to be deliver 3 weeks after arrival in US by delivery people. The day before delivery we had all furniture in living room moved out.
The morning of delivery, get a text saying won't be delivered. Call delivery people and they say can deliver 11 days later. Call Furniture Expo and they item was not yet at delivery peoples warehouse. Ok. So the next delivery day comes and once again, on the morning if delivery, they once again cancel. I call supervisor at delivery company and they once again schedule for 6 days later. So it took 45 days from the time it got to US to get to me.
Furniture Expo was very accommodating and I understand that they don't control the delivery people, but they chose them. To the delivery company's credits, furniture arrived in perfect condition and was put together and all paper and boxes taken with them.
I would recommend this company but just be prepared to wait for delivery.
