I had a good experience with this website.

I ordered a skincare product not found on many other websites. I got a 20% discount, whereas i only get 10% off at dermstore.com.

I asked customer service a question, and someone got back to me within a day. I think that's great.

I ordered it on saturday, and i received it on friday (4-5 business days). Shipping was free. This is about 2 days slower than dermstore's shipping which would reach me on tues or wed (2 business days).

However i still gave 5 stars because the money i saved makes up for the slightly longer shipping time. Customers shouldn't be unreasonable :) I think I would pick drskinspa over dermstore, although they're both fantastic.
