I called with questions about axle nuts a couple of days later I received them!

My rear e-locker went out in my jeep and needed a factory replacement. They had the best price and even got an extra discount at checkout. Arrived undamaged, packaging was very good and delivery very fast. Got it put in my jeep and works fantastic.

This part is not a high sales volume part so many of the shops I found that had it wanted a ton of money. Drivetrain America had the exact part I needed at a very fair price and shipped it promptly. I will shop with them again when I need similar parts. Right part, reasonable price, prompt shipement. Works for me.

I called before ordering to make sure I was ordering the correct parts and the guy I spoke to on the phone was polite, in a good mood and knowledgeable. I then placed my order online and it was shipped out that day just as I was told on the phone, you can't get any faster shipping than that. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. I'm very satisfied with my experience with drivetrain America. Not so satisfied with FedEx. They left my merchandise on my neighbors back porch. All the products I ordered were very good quality. I will be ordering from them again.

A little slow in the payment part, but I am satellite based internet, and am in the middle of a huge snowstorm. :)
Anyway, I got my parts even when dealing with the snowstorm, and everything is exactly as I expected!

Zach who answered phone was exceptionally helpful and concise. TheSPICER carrier bearing was indeed a perfect fit for the driveshaft.

Drivetrain america let me find the product I needed quick and easy. I received the product before then delivery date so they exceeded the expectations on shipping and the price was relatively cheap considering retail!

My girlfriend had ordered from this site and accidentally ordered the wrong part. After a quick call to them it was fixed and the right locker was on the way. With that good experience in mind I decided to also order my locker from them.

Found part on website easily. Part was in stock and shipped out right away.
