Absolutely great

Absolutely great. Our Axle had been discontinued by Ford. This part saved our van and Drive Train America helped us locate the alternative part with our VIN number. Other sources we tried sold us the wrong part (Only basically looking up the vehicle, not the details) and insisted it must be our error. Service was great and fast with Drive Train. Can not say enough. Also Ford would only tell us that the part was no longer manufactured by ford. The machining on the Yukon part we were directed to is visibly much better than the original. Checked it with my machinists tools before install to confirm what I could already see with the visual inspection. I would recommend this company for quality, speed, service and tolerance in double checking what we need. Very impressive and greatly appreciated.

Im a 1st time customer

Im a 1st time customer. So far so good. Everything works as it should. The items were delivered on time. My local filter supplier went out of business so I found this company online. The price was less than I was paying and saved me time as well. I would recommend this company to anyone needing Baldwin filters for their equipment.

Always dependable service and selection! Prior to my purchase, I engaged the staff at Drivetrain America to ensure I was purchasing the product I truly needed. Their prompt, honest, and helpful feedback reassured me of my purchase. As always, the product was shipped and received per the expected dates. I greatly prefer to purchase from DTA over other e-commerce sites due to the extremely reduced risk. Unfortunately the u-joint did not fit inside the part so I will have to find a way to grind out the holes in order to fit the u-joint as of yet I'm still not able to repair my vehicle

Website is horrible and the checkout process forced me to re-enter the same information three times. In the end I was not asked how the payment was to be made; the website simply stated that my order was completed. You can benefit from a user experience person to better develop a customer's experience on your site. Shipping was fast and packing was great. Love the product.

My 3rd order with Drive Train America. I love that I can see whether or not an item is really in stock. Shows the actual quantity! They always ship the same day! (You should consider stocking the Truck-Lite Series 36 license plate lights, I had to get them elsewhere.)

Easy ordering process

Good dealings quick delivery...
Product was fine, but box was ragged and looked to have been sold before, unpacked and contents taken out and then reboxed and sent back. Box had a bunch of wear and tear on it.
Ring gear and pinion were new and perfect, and all the paper work was still intact.
This happens and I understand, just thought you would want to know.

The ability to select chat while not having to leave the order page was very convenient and my questions were answered quickly. The Differential cover arrived very quickly, was packed well and came with the fill plug and new mounting bolts, which was a nice surprise as the parts description did not specify that they would be included. It came with a gasket also.
