We received the parts that come in the packaging box all loose. There were a dozen bags of parts give or take which look like the correct parts however since it is not in a labeled package I am not sure all the pieces came in. As they look correct even one small piece missing could be a big issue. It was so long since I ordered I forgot what kind of kit was ordered. That is where the packaging helps us out. I never had this problem before so I would hope this is a one time incident because we would like to continue ordering parts. If you want to contact me just e-mail me back with a contact name, number and time of day we could call otherwise I will try to purchase another kit elsewhere to see if all the parts are in our kit.
By all means do not display this message for I am only asking for some help. We do enjoy DRIVE TRAIN AMERICA and would still give a 5 star rating.

I WAS A FIRST TIME BUYER and ordered 2 rear hub seals for my 2006 Dodge RAM 2500 on line. The seals were slightly larger and did not fit my truck. Not able to see the difference I tried to install one and damaged it. So I called for a return since they sent me the wrong one. They said that they would refund the price of the good seal only and I would have to pay the return shipping. The seal cost $17.40 each plus shipping. So for me to return one seal it would cost $9.00 shipping and I would get credit of $8.40 and I paid $43.89. This is totally wrong. Do yourself a favor, don't take a chance with this company. A good company would refund the full amount to a first time customer. I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE AGAIN.
I ORDERED (1) one simple spacer on feb 19th and still have not received the product yet. I have received an email with a link that i can NOT use to let them know " have not received my product as of yet", called the 1888 number only to leave a message and no answer back yet!

Great price but need more details on product. Had to get specifics from another website to confirm the part number is correct for my application. Received parts and they did not fit the application. Now I have a truck tore apart half way inside my shop and no parts to put it back together.
I had no problems ordering, but I would like to find more information to their physical location. I want to know more about a company when I order from them for the first time; I don't want to have to go through other websites to find out where they are based, and customer experiences; hence I took a star off because of that. Their website is well designed though.
It was painless and found my part easily. The only thing that is hard about it, is the personal information needed at checkout. When you fill out the blanks what is required goes away. If you could put the instruction information outside each box that would be helpful. For instance I put my address where the phone number should have went.

Update. The rebuild kit for my truck that this kit says it is for doesn't work. The differential carrier bearings are right, but the pinion bearings are to small. Will be calling next open business day to return product
Do not like your minimum order amount for free shipping. Your competitors only require $100 purchase for free shipping. I had to add items I did not really need right now to get to the $199.
If it had not been for the fact that one of the items I needed was not available from your competitors I would have ordered from them.

It was rigth, fast and complete BUT I paid for a two days delivery and I received the parcel in 5 days.
FedEx France took 4 days to make the 110Km (70miles) from Paris Roissy Airport to my home.
It's crazy and stupid.
I hope that the seller will ask to FedEx to refund because of their lack of professionalism and the bad example they gave from a US or Int. Firm.

First, the bad news… I paid for FedEx next day air. Ordered on Wednesday, supposed to arrive on Friday. Someone made a mistake and sent my parts UPS ground. I ended up getting my parts a week later. Now the good news… They did refund the shipping fee.
