Everything written below is accurate and I am reporting them to the Feds. This is a no nonsense scam. Everything needed to renew your drivers license in on your state website.
They will have to answer to a higher power one day! Nothing else needed to say.
In a hurry to get my license renewed. I call myself reading everything I know the actual drivers license site ask for certain things, I thought it was kinda brief, maybe because I was just renewing, then in the end you find out you paid for something you don't need. This site shouldn't be advertised with the drivers license site. It's late at night, can't call my bank, at work omg, such a scam and a nerve wreck, I don't have money like this to waste.
Realized my change of address form didn't include my new address. Thought they wanted billing info before, but NO. Once I gave billing info that was it. SCAM. I googled and found this site and automatically called my bank and canceled my card. They had already charge me the 299 in five minutes. Bull$#*!, now I have to change all my bill pay info. What a pain in the $#*!

They absolutely try to pose as though you can renew your license through them and then take your credit card info, charge you 2.99 for a processing fee and 20$ for a BROCHURE. Absolute scam. Cancel your card, report it to your bank, etc. They deserve every bad review.

Went to change address on drivers license. Got directed to this scam site. It looks legit, and I entered card number because there is a charge from the DMV. Then I got the lame "guidebook" and knew I was taken. I called *******782 and got charges voided. $3.99 was already pending, another $21.99 was going to be charged. Call and be FIRM. They will void the charges. I told them if they didn't, I was going to cancel card - either way, they weren't going to get my money. I received an email confirmation within 5 minutes.
My bank even said they have noticed a lot of people calling about this so called company. I called them at *******1828 told them I did not authorize another $20 to be taken out of my account for a road guide like really wtf. I also told him they are scammers and I have already notified my bank. So I guess we will see if the money goes back into my account. They also said they would twins the original $3.99.
This company charges you $25 for nothing! - They say they email you a guide on how to renew your drivers license. Lol. I know how to renew my license! - I thought this was the website to do that. Anyways, no refunds so steer very clear of this scam!
I just wanted to get my new address on my driver's license and was tricked by this site. It mislead me to think I was doing the right thing. Well, I fell for it and called immediately to cancel the payment. The lady promised me she had 'just cancelled it' and promised a follow-up email to confirm again. No such email appeared... I can't just cancel my credit card, either:-((
I am trying to teach my son how to do things on his own and he lost his license. He was trying to order a replacement and went to this site and has been scammed out of $24. I have emailed them as asked for a refund, and I have called my credit card company to cancel the payment. Not sure how a place like this can stay in business - karma is a b...!
I went on line to change address on my Florida's DL. I Googled Orange County DMV and this was first site listed and had. Org so I assumed it was a legit site. I should have known it was a scam because it was just way too easy to change address and make payment. As soon as I sent credit card payment, I received an email with attachment on how to change address on line through the proper channels. I immediately contacted site and they called me approximately 1 hour later and said they would partially refund me $19.25 but still charged with $4.75 for processing fee. I have contacted my credit card company to contest the processing charge. Next time I will be more careful but wanted to warn others not to make same mistake.
This is a scam! After they took my money they said it was just for a guide! Are you kidding me? I called them and they said they were going to give me my money back but now im worried! What if they don't do it! Worst thing is this is my boss' credit card! OMG!

I googled for driver license renewal. This site showed in the results. Thinking that this is the place to renew my license i clicked on it. After giving my information to them they charged my credit card multiple times. For what? I don't know. They do not provide any service, they just have information on how to renew your license. I am going to report this web site. I see that 99% of people who have used this website have the same problems. Lets report this people! Put them in Jail for fraud.
Yes his website comes up first on your search. Very easy to get scammed. I called when my page froze up and I saw they weren't associated with any federal or state government. Still got charged over $3 for my mistake, and the guy could barely speak English! :(
This website is an absolute scam. They lead you to believe you are renewing your drivers license, and charge you a $3.99 processing fee and $25 afterwards. I cannot believe I fell for it. I called and demanded a refund, and she told me she would refund the $25 fee and not the $3.99 processing fee. It am dumbfounded as to why this is the first result on Google when searching to renew a NC drivers license.
I should have thought twice before giving them my card information when i hadn't even bought anything yet. Got charged $4 just for making my damn account. WTF. It was an advertisement on the government page, so honestly... thanks Mass gov for putting a scam link on your website.
I some how ended up at mydriverslicense.org (which is the same as driverslicense.org) while looking for DMV information as well. I thought I was renewing my license online. When I realized I had paid for some kind of downloadable DMV guide I knew I'd been fooled. While I do believe they use very shady practices to get you to their site and to get you to make the purchase, they did agree to refund my credit card with no additional pressure or pushback. Call their billing department directly at *******269. I'll follow up if the refund doesn't post in the next 5-7 business days as they promised.
I think they make a lot of their money off of folks that don't realize the mistake or don't follow up.

Very misleading! I followed the links to replace a license only to get a useless download of info, that's freely available online to anyone. I was first charged 2.99, and the next day another charge of 19.99 showed up. I just contacted them for a refund, and will absolutely file complaints with the BBB and Atty General.
Time will tell how this will play out, but one thing is certain. I will not go away, and will do everything I can to spread the word about these scammers.

Like everyone else, I didn't notice I wasn't on official site.
Entered all of my personal information and credit card. There's no fees disclosed and I was puzzled. I checked my card. I was charged $2.99 and $19.99. I received an e-mail about a Driver's License Road Guide. I've reached out. No answer. Disputing charges.
They totally got me! I thought I had renewed my license and went on a trip across the US to find that I couldn't rent a car, because I was driving with an expired license! I thought I had renewed it, but nope. This scam looks totally legitimate but it's not! Watch out! They are putting people at risk pulling this! People are driving on expired licenses thinking a new one is coming in the mail.
I got a call from my CC company that they suspected there was fraud at work here. I double checked and sure enough they were right! I had waited 2 weeks for my license to show up in the mail and it never did. Why? Because these guys posed as the State to renew my license.
These guys are good! Don't get hit like me! I had to report this as fraud and reverse the charges. This really sucks because this means they had to kill my CC too. So now I don't have my license or a CC. Good stuff!
Soooo close to getting caught by this one, and I NEVER have been scammed before. Just did a quick search for DMV license renewal and this SCAM site was the first to pop up. I grabbed it not noticing the "AD" designation. Finally woke up and noticed the bogus. Org address before completing the transaction. Why can't I give no stars? I hate even offering the single one. Be careful out there kids...
Answer: Call the 1800 number on their site and demand a refund. I did and they cancelled the transaction and my subscription'. You can also dispute the charge with your credit card company
Answer: Oddly enough, on their "Terms and Condition" page, at the very top in red it reads: "Please Note: CLASS ACTION WAIVER section contains a binding arbitration clause and class action waiver. It affects your rights about how to resolve any dispute with Texas DLP." When you go down to the CLASS ACTION WAIVER section it reads, "THE PARTIES WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO ASSERT ANY CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER PARTY AS A REPRESENTATIVE OR MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH WAIVER IS PROHIBITED BY LAW OR DEEMED BY A COURT OF LAW TO BE AGAINST PUBLIC POLICY." Guess they've been to that rodeo before and they know that most think they are a trusted site and "click away" on those "terms and conditions" check boxes. But I still say it doesn't give them the right to defraud everyone into thinking they are getting a license renewal. You know the State of Texas Government is aware of this ---- but it is amazing that it can be allowed to continue. I feel our government doesn't want to get their hands dirty because there are too many protections in place for fraud businesses like this. Right under our noses, and we can't even prosecute because of all their "civil liberties". This is when our fear of big brother brutality has tied his hands behind his back. In other countries, they wouldn't be allowing this, which is why they are here.
Answer: Call local police and file for PD report whether online or in person to protect yourself incase of future identity theft from this fraudulent website
