Like all the others, went to renew my drivers license. Had three different amounts come out. 17.00,3.99, and 19.99. Did not receive my license, and called the dmv. They stated it was a scam. Called my bank, refunded my money and now and fighting trying to get a refund because I can't prove I got scammed from the company the bank contracts fraudulent claims to. What a MESS
Horrible! FK these guys! They act as if you can renew your license with them... just follow this link... NOT! These folks are a TOTAL SCAM! Unbelievable the total lack of shame that's running rampant today... their stupid. Pdf doesn't even tell you how to actually renew your license! No link to the actual. Gov site. Nothing... not only do they trick you into paying for a "guide" when you think you are renewing your license, their guide is frkn worthless! Oh you betcha I"m pissed...
Lost drivers license and thought I would renew online. I googled " lost my drivers license " and this scam site pops up at the top of the page. I was in a hurry and should have checked closer, long story short, I lost $25 to this scam! Why is this rip off site allowed to be first on google search! Beware, do not use!
This website makes it seem like your renewing your license with the RMV but it is a scam. They charged my bank account $22.99 for a license guide. When I contacted the site, they did provide me with a contact number and reimburse me account. I still reported them to my bank in fear that they will charge my account again, and want to warn others not to give this website your credit card information.
I was taken to this site so smoothly from looking up how to replace my license. I thought it was an actual site! They ask for your card info without telling you anything about fees and then you look at your account and see that they charged you $20 for a subscription and $4 for a transaction fee! If you call their customer service number they will refund the $20 but you literally have to threaten to go to your bank before they'll refund your transaction fee. I'm so pissed! I usually can tell if I'm getting scammed but the site looked so legit! I have yet to see if I'll actually get the refund as they said it could take 7-10 days.
Thought I was renewing a license. Got a guide instead. Was charged $22.50 for something I didn't want or need. The rating stars do not give the option of a minus star. I see by reading the other reviews that there is a definite need for something less than a star.

This website poses as the DMV. I was confused because the website is. Org and was the first available after searching for the DMV renew my license website. I went through the process that seemed to be for renewing my driver's license, only to be charged for a DMV book. I called the phone number to have the charges reversed. A man told me he had canceled them, but I am still unsure whether or not I should cancel my credit card because it's totally shady. This business is a fraud.

I just went on line to renew my license and in the process somehow the site I was on redirected me to this site. I completed some of the info and then I was told I just purchased a "drivers manual"- I knew then I had been scammed. I am so infuriated! I called my bank immediately and let them know! Very dishonest, and misleading! I don't know how people like this live with themselves doing this. So wrong! All I can say if God is watching!
I typed the exact address of the California DMV into the Bing browser and these people come up first?!?! Nothing popped up until AFTER I entered cc info indicating this was not the DMV (except, perhaps, in nearly microscopic font). They charged my credit card for god-knows-what. I had to have the bank cancel my card, so that they couldn't charge anything else. The actual charge paid was $2.99. The rep at the bank said that a small charge like that could be an indication that the site was
"testing" my account for future potential charges. I agree with Kallie O. These people need to be reported.
This website is a scam. I was trying to renew my license on line and it took me to this website, after I filed to renew my license they took my credit card information and then the website disappeared. The next day my credit card company reported 5 different charges from this site on my credit card and each charge was for $19.99. I am so glad that my credit card company fraud department notified me of these fraudulent charges and issued me a new card. I have reported this site to the authorities, but don't fall victim to this made up website.

I fell victim to this scam as others have stated on this site. I went to my state site to renew and clicked a link thinking it would renew my license. It is not until you are done and have entered your credit card info that you find out that is not the case - this is all a scam to take your money. I immediately called the customer service number on the site and demanded a refund. They voided my transaction and said the pending $19 transaction would also be stopped. If the transactions posts to may credit card I will also dispute it. I am a savvy consumer and did not think our own state website would link me to such a scam. Shame on the Indiana BMV!
I started at http://indiana-services.org/ and was forwarded to this site. They claimed they could update my address on my license. They did not update my license nor could they. In the state of Indiana this is something you must do in person.

I want my money back this is not a real wa state license site, they have taken money from me. This site is made to look legit yet it is not. I did not need a book and did not download it. I just wanted to renew my license now ive been scammed. I will file a claim for fraud if this is not worked out soon. 2 charges need to be taken off.

Very misleading website. If you click on replace drivers license it changes over to a web page to download a drivers license easy guide. So when you think you are making an order to replace your drivers license you are actually paying for a download of a booklet.

My husband lost his driver's license in the airport and we were trying to order a new one by cell phone - under duress. Never would I have gone to this site if I had been on my computer... the information wasn't clearly seen on the phone - as it is on the computer - that this was NOT the official site for ordering a replacement license. You do not see this info on your phone! Once I realized it - I tried to cancel and it was too late. I called the company and they were going to take the $19.99 off of my card - but charge me the $2.99 fee. They finally agreed to take it off, as well. My concern is that they have card and personal information. I have cancelled my card - but still worried about their having knowledge of personal info.

I was trying to renew my drivers license not realizing I was on the wrong site. Just like everyone else I was charged the 3 different charges and never received my renewal. Went to the DMV and they said I never renewed it.
I called and they said they would refund all the money. They tried to just refund the 19.99 but I insisted on all the transactions and they agreed. I can't believe they can get away with this!
Logged on to my state website. To renew drivers lic. Then a large pop up box, asking for info and Credit card info... Checked my credit card account a few hours later, found a $5.00 and a $3.99 charge... Cancelled the card and my cc company marked the 2 charges as fraud... Beware, Be vigilant
I realized just before leaving for a business trip that I had lost my Wisconsin drivers license. In my rush to leave the house on time I searched for "wisconsin drivers license replacement" and was this site came up first in my search results. Going to the site there was a link to "Replace Drivers License" which I clicked on, filled out the online form and paid my ~$23, only to find out I had just purchased a copy of their useless "Driver's Guide." This site is very deceptive. Don't be suckered. Kicking myself for being in a rush and getting scammed.

I thought I was changing my address on my license and had to pay for a new card. After the transaction was completed, I realized that it was for "Change of Address on Driver's License Guide". I called the company to cancel the transaction.

Answer: Call the 1800 number on their site and demand a refund. I did and they cancelled the transaction and my subscription'. You can also dispute the charge with your credit card company
Answer: Oddly enough, on their "Terms and Condition" page, at the very top in red it reads: "Please Note: CLASS ACTION WAIVER section contains a binding arbitration clause and class action waiver. It affects your rights about how to resolve any dispute with Texas DLP." When you go down to the CLASS ACTION WAIVER section it reads, "THE PARTIES WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO ASSERT ANY CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER PARTY AS A REPRESENTATIVE OR MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH WAIVER IS PROHIBITED BY LAW OR DEEMED BY A COURT OF LAW TO BE AGAINST PUBLIC POLICY." Guess they've been to that rodeo before and they know that most think they are a trusted site and "click away" on those "terms and conditions" check boxes. But I still say it doesn't give them the right to defraud everyone into thinking they are getting a license renewal. You know the State of Texas Government is aware of this ---- but it is amazing that it can be allowed to continue. I feel our government doesn't want to get their hands dirty because there are too many protections in place for fraud businesses like this. Right under our noses, and we can't even prosecute because of all their "civil liberties". This is when our fear of big brother brutality has tied his hands behind his back. In other countries, they wouldn't be allowing this, which is why they are here.
