I ordered 2 dresses being confident that if we did not like them we could return them. One dress the beading was a different color and both dresses dont fit at all. So we are not 100% satisfied and as the pollicies say you can return them. There is no way, they tell me that the dresses are made to size, while I ordered a standard size! I wont get a penny back! Imagine how stupid this is me being a mom of 3 daughters in high school and college and constantly in need of dresses, I could have been a great costumer and given a lot of recomendations to all the other girls in the school but instead I will copy this review on my facebook page and hopefully every one will share it! We emailed this company about buying a dress and they got back to us promptly. As soon as we ordered and received the dress, we were extremely disappointed. There were issues with the Bodice. The sewn in bra cups are to high, the Left side of the dress (shoulder sleeve) keeps slipping off my shoulder and is not secure. The neck line gaps out from my chest and is not fitted. The material is extremely heavy.
I have tried to contact the website multiple times and they have stopped replying. I am now looking into my credit card company and seeing if they can dispute this for me.

This website is a total scam. I ordered a dress January 26th. It arrived the end of February and didn't fit. I tried to contact Dresswe on their email form which required that you list your email address. They claimed my email address was incorrect, which it was not. There was no telephone contact. I went to the Post Office to try to send it to the address from whence it came. The cost to return it was $140 which was considerably more than the dress was worth. After several more efforts to contact the company I finally gave up and contacted American Express. The company told American Express that I had not returned the dress according to their policy. I certainly did everything in my power to do so, other than pay $140 to return it. They managed to send me 3 emails to the email address which they claimed was incorrect! Those emails were sent from a no reply address.

Prom is next week and we are not able to contact this company after ordering a dress. Their website is not recognizing our email, even though we received confirmation of payment/order via email. Payment has been withdrawn from my bank account. I am not even able to email them because the website will not allow us to since it does not recognize the email we are entering! I ordered a dress from this site and was told they could modify the dress to my requirements with no problem. 30 days after paying for the dress I was contacted and told they could not and was asked if they could do it as pictured. I agreed, but when I received my dress the applique was still not as pictured and was poorly stitched. It looked like they just cut patches and tacked them on... The coloring was off and my dress looked nothing like what I ordered. I also did not receive a smaller item in my order. I tried to dispute the order but could not - the website kept telling me my order was not disputable.

I recently bought a dress from dresswe.com. The dress itself was approximately $125, but $150 including tax. The dress was delivered to me 2 months after I ordered it, which was over the time period in which dresswe said the dress would be sent to me. That was the first problem. Then, when I tried on the dress, the material was detaching from the dress, and the beads on the dress started to fall off after just trying it on once! I then emailed customer service hoping for them to fix the problem, so I sent them an email with 5 picture attachments of the dress showing all of the problems I had with it. When the customer service representative replied, she said that, "From your pictures i think the dress is ok. It does fit you. And please accept it." The grammar of the representative seems below mediocre, and they have refused to reply to me ever since. I tried calling the number(s) that the representative gave me, but the number led to a automated voice message saying that I didn't have access to call. Please don't buy from this site. I don't believe I'm ever getting my $150 back.

Took a long time for the dress to ship (almost a month). Dress is too big and they are in no way making this return easy. Have emailed 3 times for the return instructions and they keep asking for pictures? Of a dress that is too big? Do your self a favor and order somewhere else where returns are easier.
