I ordered UGG boots for a Christmas present. From Dress Inn. I was sent one size 6 and one size 3 boot! They agreed to give me a refund and sent me a returns label. I posted the item back on the 30th December 2021. It was received by them on the 4th January 2022. I have a Royal Mail Tracked Delivery to prove this. I have asked for my refund numberous times, and I get the same answer every time " We have not received you parcel'. I paid £129 for the boots. I want my money back, but cannot get anyone to answer me. Just ' We have not received your parcel'.
Im at my wits end.

Tip for consumers:
I wish I had read all reviews before placing my order. I have lost a lot of money.

Fake site, fraudulent services, customer service is the worst, no traceability, if you want to burn your money then this site is the best one... this is my third review for dressinn... my order never came it's been almost 3 months now, they sent me a form asking me to fill in so that they will either expedite or make a refund but till to this date nothing happend. Some one needs to address the issue. The below is my tracking and order no. Listed for reference.

Advertised genuine products however fake items arrived in broken boxes. Tried to cancel the order when others posted reviews about fake items. However they wouldnt let me cancel it. Once received I again contacted customer services with disgust at what had been delivered to me. All they will offer is a $10 refund which from reading further reviews am not sure that would even turn up. Awful, untrustworthy company, would never order from them again and advise anyone to stay well clear.

I purchase clothing online did not get anything back, even though their site looked professional. The business is a scam to get rich off American money. Only purchase from America, no more international orders. I did not get my orders and could not get refunded. They have a bogus set up system where you can't call no one and your emails get directed back to you. Tracking numbers are bogus. The logistic business bogus, too. Only trust in American made and bought items, never opt for something better than from America. At least, you have a fighting chance when something goes wrong.

It has been over one month and I have still not received my item. I wish I would have read reviews on this site before I ordered. After several emails to customer service, the only response they will give me is, "Just stay happy the item was shipped in time and you will receive it." Seriously this makes no sense. Also, their shipping website is all in Chinese so if you even try to track your package you won't be able to determine where it is in transit without knowing how to read Chinese.

Never received my order. Ask to be refunded. Told me they did... They did not of course as many other people had this problem I see now. They will not give my money back. Been on going for over three months and im just trying to get my money back for stuff i never even got. Horrible company stealing so much money from people and lieng about it. SCAM. DO NOT ORDER

Buyers beware! This is a terrible company! Customer service is beyond horrible. They sent me a product that was not true to size and then they refused to cover the shipping charges on the return. I wrote to customer service numerous times to express my frustration and no one seemed to care one bit. Horrible experience. If you have an issue, they simply give you the runaround and they copy/paste generic replies explaining their policy even though they are at fault. Luckily I sold the shoes to a buyer locally. Do not buy from this site. Avoid them like the plague. Easily the worst customer service experience I've ever had online. Bad, bad, bad! Do not be fooled by their lower priced sneakers. It's not worth the headache. Buy from reputable sites only. Reported them to Better Business Bureau who already had a file on them!

Dress itself wasn't too bad. However it took over 3 weeks to arrive (no longer needed as the event it was for had passed) and when I returned the dress they claimed not to have received it and after numerous emails back and forth over 2 months it never got resolved. I lost the money I spent on the dress and the cost of postage to return it!

It took 7 weeks to receive the 2 "Fingerlings". When they arrived, the packages were squashed and the Fingerlings were not Fingerlings. They offered me $3 compensation, no I want a full refund, because this was false advertising. I can't give these as gifts, they don't even work. After multiple fruitless emails, they claim they are refunding my purchase price. This too, is a hoax. One week later, no refund in my acct. Buyer Beware of this scam company! They WILL rip you off!

Ordered a 1920s style sequin dress on 15th Sept came home last week to a card from Yodel stating my parcel had been left at side of front door needless to say parcel wasnt there when I got home. Complained to Yodel who passed me to Dresslink despite Facebook contact and two emails no contact at all from the company. Had to raise a refund request via PayPal. Total fraudsters! Avoid!

I purchase a WINTER coat on 12/14/18 and paid extra for Express Shipping of 2 - 7 business days. Today is 12/27/18 AND MY ITEM IS STILL PROCCESSING. Not even PACKAGED YET. They wont reply to my email AND they don't answer their main customer service number. NEVER AGAIN.>>>DONT BOTHER WITH THESE PEOPLE

I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this site. My package hasn't arrived yet and I've been reaching out to these people for days and no response! I tried calling the US number and it went to a voicemail that sounded like someone's cell phone! Buyer beware. I've been asking to just cancel my shipment and please refund my money but they haven't said a word. I'm beyond frustrated. Will never order from this site again.

I ordered several items, and shipping was ALOT. An item came small instead of XL. I contacted them for a full refund since I can't really wear that piece again. Instead, they offered to refund me just four dollars for a 14 dollar dress (plus shipping which cost 10+ dollars per item).

Scam, scam, scam. Would not recommend.

I ordered "Birkenstocks", clearly labeled on the site as Birkenstocks, on Sept. 5, to be sent by 4-7 shipping. It is now Sept. 20 and no "Birkenstocks" in sight. Shame on me for thinking I could get Birkenstocks for $29, but this is a total scam, so shame on DressLink and their Made in China nonsense, too. You don't know you are ordering from China until you place the order (unless I missed something).
And "Bree", please don't ask for my order number. Nothing I can do now. Lesson learned.

Items received were completely damaged due to terrible packaging on their part (cheap envelope instead of a box). In addition, I was sent cheap knock offs (fraudulent Fingerlings toy). There were very few reviews here at the time I originally ordered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Customer service is absolutely useless and tracking system is a joke.

They offered me a partial refund because they sent fake Fingerlings. Said I would get it in 2-3 days. I emailed them after waiting 10 days and received no refund. They said they refunded me again. Guess what? Still no refund. This company needs to be shut down. I will be working to get my refund through Paypal, which is how I paid.

I placed an order for three Fingerlings. I notified them in writing that I do not agree to accept similar or replacements items and to cancel my order and refund my money if that is what the planned to do. They responded to my email "Don't worry." Well, after weeks of waiting, my FAKE fraudulent Fingerlings showed up. My "Happy Monkeys" were in damaged packing because it was mailed from China in a bubble wrap envelope. BEWARE! I doubt this so called company will refund my money as requested.

Im quite angry as i thought you get a free 50 coupon and when i put that through on my order of 45 bucks it still took my money out of my bank account ive tried to cancel my order but i cant and ive emailed 3 times how do i cancel my order?

So I purchased Fingerlings on 11/13 and as of 12/5 I have still n or received anything. Their response, Please give more time. It has been sitting in the same status since 11/16, in transit to New York Kennedy Airport. What are they doing, walking it there? Plus I'm sure if I ever get it, it will be a knock off. I've already filed a dispute due to fraud with my credit card company.

I ordered a dress for a company party, it stated 4-7 day shipping... it's day 9. Tracking said on day 8 it was in China! I emailed customer service and she said "it's an international transaction... blah, blah."
So false advertisement to say 4-7 day shipping. I would have ordered elsewhere had I know this. I wish people/companies just did what they said without excuses! :(

I believe all shopping company can't exactly ensure the shipping time as perhaps it will take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes, like your order, it was delayed 1-2 days as the customs inspection, which can be tracked online. BTY, Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

I ordered shoes from here from less than half the price of the original ones. They never came! I spent over one hundred dollars that I lost. I eventually got the money back because I declined the charge to my card, but don't believe what they tell you. This company should be shut down.
