I paid for 10 items. Waited for 2 weeks and received 8 items. When I emailed they said its was out of stock! Then why no one email me and still charged for 10 items. They ask for resend and I do have to pay shipping because of their mistake. Not fair for me as a client
As a Missouri dance mom, I like that I'm purchasing from a local company. They are extremely reliable and help me cut costs. Not once have I ever had to wonder if my order would arrive on time. Definitely a recommended vendor.
You had everything I needed with very reasonable prices. 02/20/2015 Got the order today, thank you for being prompt. UPS sent me a notice they would be a little late because of the weather between there and here. So it was no problem.

If you use a lot of crystals in your jewelry or other crafts, you can pretty much find what you need here. And shipping is fast. It would be nice to see some promo codes once in awhile for smaller orders.
Thank you- I have ordered several times now with prompt service at the US end. It would be fantastic to have a conversion counter somewhere in the checkout process (obviously after destination country is entered) to get an idea of cost in our local currency.
Only thing so far. Is I called and emailed some pictures of earring backs. Haven't heard anything on them. The back didn't fit the post. They were 3 different types of studs. None fit. Still don't have any.
The order didn't ship right away, so arrived after I needed the items. It was a busy week, with cyber Monday and all. But, trying to contact customer service for an update was impossible.

Seems like I received less but I didn't have time or energy to count each stone. I haven't placed them on my project yet but hopefully they'll give me that bright blue look that I'm shooting for. These surveys come too quick before I really get the chance to use the item therefore I can't speak on it.
My order came quickly and was perfect. This is my go to site for dance costume glitz. My only concern is that I can't seem to create an account and I have trouble navigating the website. That's probably my own fault, but frustrating. I'd love to see a past orders or reorder page.
I would like to start by saying the stones I received were beautiful. They also were received in a relatively speedy time, given that I paid for quicker processing. However, when I received my package, there was a slit in the smaller pouch of my Golden Sand flat backs and they spilled all over my dining room floor. I would have sent the entire package back had I not needed to use them immediately, hence the need to pay extra for speedy processing. So please take that in to consideration when opening packaging.
The Swarovski crystal rivoli package arrived in the expected time frame. One of the group of ten is very badly chipped and can not be used. I will contact customer service for a credit. The items were packaged correctly to protect the crystal. I wish that someone had checked them before they were sent.
I think the site is easy to use with a variety of products.
The colors on the website are very difficult to see. The color charts are way too small to see the colors and you can't read the writing on the chart anyway. I would have gotten the wrong color, but luckily I second guessed myself, and contacted customer service before it shipped. The hot fix isn't fantastic, a bunch have already fallen off and/or went flying across the room. So, I'm glad I ordered more than I needed. I have had to use some hot glue on some of them. All in all, they will work for my project. I would have spent a ton more money getting them from Michael's.
Overall good experience. Couple items on backorder. Didn't really care for the one color of stone I received but maybe it will look better once in the setting. Very fast delivery which made me very happy! Will definitely shop with your company again!
I like your service and products. I do wish that you would remove items that are no longer available from your website. If a customer cannot purchase these items then why have them on the website? This creates a negative experience.
Received an email about the Crystal Katana being on sale and the price I was charged is identical to the regular price - no sale here. Please don't advertise sales when there is none. Product is basically NOT worth $30.00. The tip on the device was bent to the side and appears broken. The product insert talks about an alternative tip to the chrome tip which was not shipped with the product. Guess you have to order that separate. I'm not impressed with this product AT ALL!
Could not find everything and the pictures were not as clear as I would have liked. Descriptions could have been better. The sizes are very confusing if you are not familiar with the product, what I ordered is too small for what I need.
It was hard to know the size of the actual crystal on the site base on the number they use. As a first time buyer, seem confusing. So if I was to order again I know to order bigger but I wouldn't kno how big is too big or would still be small
Paying with PayPal seemed to mess up my order. It got stuck and wouldn't refresh, so I had to go back and fill the cart again because it had emptied and then I had to quit the browser and start again. I've used your site many times but I recently upgraded Safari so that may have caused the problems. It was annoying but anomalous. It may be a bug in Safari or it may be in your website.
I ordered a product, received an order number and thought it was on its way. I expected it to come in a week give or take and kept forgetting to check the shipping status. Here we are almost a month later and the item isn't here yet, so I purchased something else as it was a gift.
I looked at my account and it isn't showing any orders. What the heck? So, I sent them an inquiry as to what happened and I was informed by Kaylee McCracken (copy & paste): "I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. It looks like the item ordered is no longer available and we were unable to get in touch with you. This is the reason for the order cancellation". Couldn't get in touch with me? Yet, they have all of my contact information and couldn't send me an email at a minimum? I'm assuming no one tried and this is the best excuse. I have noted it and this was my first shopping experience and impression with this companyand it's not a good one.
