I ordered a product, received an order number and thought it was on its way. I expected it to come in a week give or take and kept forgetting to check the shipping status. Here we are almost a month later and the item isn't here yet, so I purchased something else as it was a gift.
I looked at my account and it isn't showing any orders. What the heck? So, I sent them an inquiry as to what happened and I was informed by Kaylee McCracken (copy & paste): "I do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. It looks like the item ordered is no longer available and we were unable to get in touch with you. This is the reason for the order cancellation". Couldn't get in touch with me? Yet, they have all of my contact information and couldn't send me an email at a minimum? I'm assuming no one tried and this is the best excuse. I have noted it and this was my first shopping experience and impression with this companyand it's not a good one.
