Dopeboo is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 vape pens. In order to see if they work, I had to open the package, because that makes sense. When I talked with customer service, they basically laughed at me and said I'm out of luck, and they will not do anything.

Looking for a new piece to add to my collection. They had some different ones. Took a few days to get here but they let me know what was going on. I'd buy again
Called the company cause I was looking for a piece I wasn't sure was in stock. Got help with finding the one I wanted. They shipped it the following day and all's good.
I ordered a piece from DopeBoo on August 30,2021 for $262.98. After emailing a few times asking for shipping updates, it arrived completely broken on September 14,2021. I emailed them on September 15,2021 with photos of the broken piece. Anne (DopeBoo Support) responded on the same date: "This is a first with a Marley piece in 2 years of working here" (citing low stock) and "We'll get you taken care of one way or another!" Whether it's a first or not, it still happened.
I followed up on September 20,2021 to which a team member stated they are still working on shipping orders. I followed up again on September 23, September 30, and October 18,2021–no response. I received a broken piece in exchange for my hard earned money. I'm a first responder and really looked forward to relaxing with this piece. Now I have a broken piece and $262.98 less.
This business lack integrity. I highly encourage everyone to stay away!
This is literally the worst experience I've had with any website I've ever ordered off of. First they did not ship the product out till several days after they said they did, then my package was lost by usps which now the this website believes I the customer must do all the tracking to find were my lost package is and guess what its nowhere to be found. Plus now it looks like I will have to use usps to pay me back my lost money of $162 which this website only insured the package for $100. I've reached out several times for a response from this website and they won't even contact me back with any sort of response. This place does not value you as a customer and they will quickly show that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I will be taken appropriate actions against them and I would suggest spending your hard earn cash somewhere else!
When DopeBoo sells out of a product, they do not remove it from their website. Instead they sell them and make you wait four weeks to get the product even after letting you purchase 2-4 day shipping.
Then, the banger that came with the Battleship was cracked when I received it. I immediately emailed DopeBoo, sent pictures 3 separate times, and they claim they cannot see my pictures because they will get a virus. After over a week without ANY HELP from DopeBoo, and reformatting the pictures three separate times, I asked if I can send them over social media. They told me I cannot because the social media person cannot help me. Prior to sending the pictures to DopeBoo the second and third times, I sent them to another email to ensure they are viewable without issue, which they were. Not sure what the issue is on DopeBoo's end, or why they are so reluctant to help replace the banger.

I do know if you send images that can't be seen on a small-midsized tablet in full detail, we can't use the pictures. Sorry if that's been an issue! We just can't download anything we're sent. And I see that you ordered a Battleship, yes, those have definitely been hard to come by! The manufacturer has been beyond slow and we sell out very quickly when we get some of their products in. I think the Battleships we got that we re supposed to be for the year were gone in less than 1 month. So just send us an image of the banger and box you received and we'd be happy to get this handled. Have an awesome week!
Scammers and they pretend they are trying to help but you. Just go straight to the bank and get your money back because they think they can scam whoever. Looks like a legit website but they cant do international shipping obviously even though the options are there super fakes do not buy of these scammers
I regularly smoke cannabis to help relieve my arthritis pain. I wanted to invest in heavy-duty glass bongs that are easier to clean and that would fit more accessories for my enjoyment. I got an excellent deal on the Snoop Dogg pipe from Dopeboo. I love how sturdy and stable this bong is, and the ultra-thick glass makes it look like I purchased it for a thousand bucks.

Got this sent over to me to check out. Thanks for your comments, we always appreciate hearing even negative remarks. In reviewing all the emails that you sent and that we responded to over the last few days I see the following:
You were not happy with the product and how it worked and wanted a refund on the one you used and the other vape that had not been used.
Our response was that if there were issues with the product it was best to check with the manufacturer regarding the warranty and how best to use it. We also stated in one of the emails on March 15th, that the item that had not been used could be returned for a refund.
It was at that time that you started threatening various actions if we did not refund you in full.
Later on the 15th and again on the 16th, we said that the one that had not been used could be returned and that if the manufacturer was not helpful, we would then see what we could do about the 1 item that was used.
You then responded by saying you had used the 2nd piece as well and wanted a return on both vapes that you purchased and if we didn't do that, you would be leaving negative comments and reviews "all over the internet".
We have literally emailed you over 10 times since you initially placed your order attempting to provide a satisfactory experience for you. We would have been happy to refund the 2nd piece if you had not chosen to then use it. We would have been happy to work with you if you had reached out to the manufacturer who is responsive and helpful regarding their products should they not prove to be so in this instance.
I'm sorry that you have not been pleased with this purchase. We tried to resolve things but were not successful. We wish you all the best!
