Ordered grow lights Feb 10/2023. Charged to my credit card Feb 11/2023. Received an invoice via email and charge appeared on credit card. Shipping says ordered Placed. Shipping not changed since day of order. Have emailed company but no response. Does not appear Lazy Panda has a phone number. It is now Feb 28,2023. Obviously I would like to receive the lights or a refund but after 18 days and no communication from Lazy Panda, I guess I'm out $533.00.

As a bonus not controlled at all by this, it's a fathers day gift for my dad and I wood burned a box to keep all his smoke stuff in and the vape still inside it's box, fits perfectly in said wood box!
I've been looking for an authentic space case for months and finally found one on lazy panda. Shipped the next day and arrived with careful packaging to protect the purchase. Very happy with my order and the customer service!
Upon receiving the package, the box seemed to be in good condition leading to my idea that the product had arrived safely but I was very mistaken as the contents in the box were shattered to pieces. The packing that kept the glass in position was just barely enough to keep the glass in position but as for protection it did not do the job. Unsatisfied.

Customer never knows when it's a good time to buy as prices fluxuate from day to day. Had to cancel original order just to change shipping address which put $120 in funds on hold instead of just $60, for four days. To top it off, the colour of the blue vape is false advertising and unfortunately was the deciding factor in who I bought from, not knowing that the colour in the picture wouldn't be it's true colour. It's shown as a beautiful dark navy blue, what you get is light metallic blue/sliver.
