Dopeboo is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 vape pens. In order to see if they work, I had to open the package, because that makes sense. When I talked with customer service, they basically laughed at me and said I'm out of luck, and they will not do anything.

Got this sent over to me to check out. Thanks for your comments, we always appreciate hearing even negative remarks. In reviewing all the emails that you sent and that we responded to over the last few days I see the following:
You were not happy with the product and how it worked and wanted a refund on the one you used and the other vape that had not been used.
Our response was that if there were issues with the product it was best to check with the manufacturer regarding the warranty and how best to use it. We also stated in one of the emails on March 15th, that the item that had not been used could be returned for a refund.
It was at that time that you started threatening various actions if we did not refund you in full.
Later on the 15th and again on the 16th, we said that the one that had not been used could be returned and that if the manufacturer was not helpful, we would then see what we could do about the 1 item that was used.
You then responded by saying you had used the 2nd piece as well and wanted a return on both vapes that you purchased and if we didn't do that, you would be leaving negative comments and reviews "all over the internet".
We have literally emailed you over 10 times since you initially placed your order attempting to provide a satisfactory experience for you. We would have been happy to refund the 2nd piece if you had not chosen to then use it. We would have been happy to work with you if you had reached out to the manufacturer who is responsive and helpful regarding their products should they not prove to be so in this instance.
I'm sorry that you have not been pleased with this purchase. We tried to resolve things but were not successful. We wish you all the best!
