My only advice would be to exercise the hinges on this company and slam the door shut and shop elsewhere.
Quick enough to take your money not so quick to rearrange a new delivery after they cancelled the first one which was four days and not next day customer service is lackluster as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Keep clear I'm now in the process of taking this company to trading standards not only have I not received my door that was paid for nor a refund nor an explanation but to top it all I've had to purchase another door this time from a reputable company and fit it for free at the customers home.

I ordered 6 doors to be delivered on January 11th 2017, called the day before to make sure everything was on track and was told they were due out in April!
They had also taken the payment and I would have to wait 3-5 days for it to be repaid.
I'm holding on the phone for them right now... 24 minutes and counting. Where are my doors? I was promised next day... and it's now more than a week. I've had to cancel my carpenter twice and now he won't come back. This company is part of worldstores and Dunelm. There is no communication between any of them and you are sent round in circles... with ed sheeran on 'repeat' in the background. It's torture.
If i could give less than one star then i would. This company comes a close second to 'the hut.com'... but at least you can reach these monkeys on the telephone. The people you speak to are nice and friendly... and i really feel sorry that they work for such a sh*t outfit... they must get a lot of abuse.
Ordered two doors for next day delivery. Needless to say its now day three and I'm still waiting. Their courier (DX) tell you it's a Doorsworld issue and vice versa. They're quick enough to take your money, but actually delivering the goods doesn't seem to be important to them.
Customer satisfaction and brand reputation are obviously not major concerns for this company.
I purchased two doors for doorsworld, and as they state next day delivery, of course they did not arrive, I was then given a delivery date 4 days later and they never arrived, I wrote 4 emails to them and not one reply so after a week Im still waiting, but never again I can tell you that!
Ordered doors chose delivery date not received, phoned told we would get them day after, didnt turn up, my daughter rang in hold 15 mins, she asked to speak to a amanager the guy refused saying he would sort it out! I then rang fuming on hold 15 mins to be told doors had disappeared in transit they would re order i asked to be put through to a manager to be told there were no managers available! Absolutely disgusting! Both phone calls 2 different lies told, i said when they eventually get delivered it will have to be after 5pm! Oooo cant a neighbour take them i said no they are disabled and its not my fault you cant deliver on selected day after waiting in and you deliver from 7-7 so! If no doors by friday will be getting refund and reporting these crooks wish i had tead reviews before BE WARNED DONT USE THIS COMPANY
Order 4 doors 25 days ago, 3 arrived 1 was promised and was supposed to be delivered only for the delivery to be cancelled by doorworld... so I'm still waking for my 4th door please please please stay away from this company. They do not deserve to be in business
Ordered 3 lines of goods from doorsworld -24 hour delivery translated to 3 door handles securely delivered somewhere not to me 2 doors delivered 5 days late and fitted- nice doors. Another door on the same order have been messaged by DX the delivery company for promising delivery no door. Got to doorsworld customer service they found out the door was damaged, resent another door 7 days of messages from DX its out for delivery now shows its back at the DX deport. Rang doors world 17 minutes on hold then got cut off, I am &^ing seething £400 out of pocket my review is not for the squeamish- spend a bit more and go Jewson, Travis, Selco or B&Q at least they deliver
It is unbelievable that a company can be so useless at delivering a door in brief, wrong door then they use useless delivery company DX must all be the same family members! Delivery of damaged door and wont pick up the first door. Second door goes back. I cancel the order third door turn up ha ha they take that back but still wont pick up the first door.
Then DX turn up with a fourth door so I tell him to leave it on the van I will inspect but lied I walked out put the first door on his van took a picture of his number plate went back to the house and shut my door. This is now 4 weeks later and hours on the phone with DX and doors world I eventually get a credit 7 weeks later and an email asking was my goods received in good order and was I happy ha ha
I would rather slide down a splintered bannister rail useing my testicals as brakes rather than ever do business again with doors world and their DX delivery company PS DW are owned by Dunelm

After ordering £500 worth of doors I found this forum and froze!
I ordered and paid. They said they were in stock on my order confirmation. I then got a text message saying there was a problem with my order and I would be contacted next day. I phoned at about midday and waited for 20 minutes with no joy. This happened three times. I was now very nervous! Then I got an email saying my order was out for delivery. Next morning I got a text saying it was in transit and I would be contacted an hour before delivery. This duly happened and my doors were delivered by two friendly helpful guys who put my doors inside saving me having to carry them.
I ordered on Wednesday morning and the doors were delivered on Friday afternoon.
Yes - the phone service was non existent but in actual fact in the end I got what I ordered within 48 hours.
So well done Doorworld but please improve your phone service as you have lots of poor reviews and from my experience unfairly so.

Delivery time moved 3 times. Promised in 2 weeks, would take 3 months. When asked for refund and compensation were told we can not get compensation because we cancelled the order.
I ordered 14 doors on th17th of October, delivery date 31st of October. No communication form this company regarding the status of my orders. They have changed the number on the websites. I have been calling 0333 number for the past few days. Kept on hold for more than an hour without response. Is this company for real? Don't know what to do now. How can I cancel the order and get my money back?

Im still waiting for my doors, 5 days and counting last the delivery date they gave me! No one answered the phone and only received an email response once when Ccd a director. Now they are back to ignoring me. Builders being held up and costing me. Shocking! Avoid!
Stay away! Worst customer experience ever! I ordered a door and door handle pack, the door arrived on time but is damaged and the door handle pack did not arrive on the selected day. I have been on hold to doorsworld twice for 30 mins and gave up waiting. I also tried to contact the courier they use, UK mail and have been unsuccessful contacting anyone there either to find out where my order is. Am stuck with half my order which is damaged and missing the other half. Stay away from this company, they are a joke!
The most appalling service, false representation of delivery times on their website, extremely long waiting times on calls to chase the order, no call backs, no customer service. My order of 10doors was advertised as next day delivery and it took 5weeks. Would have been more if I didnt chase this up wasting valuable hours on calls waiting over 45min in every call to get through only to be told that they would chase this up, but I would never hear back from them and delivery messages sent to my phone would be wrong making me wait whole days for my order to arrive and they would not. Avoid using this company at all cost.
Purchased 6 doors from this company, they were delivered fine and i was pleased with them. So i decided to order another 6 doors for up stairs and paid for up front as before on line. The problem started when they only delivered 5 doors as they only had 5 in stock. I have now been trying to get the rest of my order for over 3months now. Originaly they gave me a date for the last doors delivery but it never arrived. I have emailed and emailed tried to ring customer services but know one answers, next set will be trading standards

I made 4 separate orders, two arrived promptly the others were delayed without an expected date of arrival.
I raised a return request for the items that had not arrived and I have now waited for 6 days with no response.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Bought door on next day delivery and 3 days later no door. Called support and left hanging for 45 mins and second time 30 mins before I hung up. I decided to call sales and surprise they answered straight away but refused to help. Have been in touch with PayPal to try and get my money back now. I didn't know cowboy companies like this still existed!
