Had a few questions to ask, seem like he was not interested in the questions, only whether I was going to purchase so he decided to cut the line off. I rang again and explained what happened but again they only were interested in making a purchase, so I cursed at them and put the phone down. They seem to be ringing back for revenge, as usually there first to put the phone down on us, and im assuming they'd like the last say, well a little taste of their own medicine I say.
These are certainly a cowboy outfit. Paid for one door to how it looked. Waited in for delivery. No show. Checkef the delivery progress. Been cancelled apparently. No communication!... checked with my bank to see if the payment had gone through... yes. They took in twice!
So paid twice for one door... that never got delivered because it was out of stock.
The service is shocking.

Made the mistake of ordering some doors from this monkey outfit, no confirmation of delivery, doors didn't get delivered on the date specified, try phoning them *******635

Got an Email a couple of days after placing and paying for a well priced door saying that my request for a refund had been granted.
WELL I never asked for a refund.
Tried to contact them to say so but gave up after 33minutes on the phone.
Now having read the reviews, perhaps I've had a lucky escape.
Just hope my refund comes through.

I bought two oak doors from doorsworld but they sent the wrong size. I have sent 3 emails and have attempted to ring on numerous occasions to ask if I can swap them for the right size but it is impossible to get through. I'm nit sure that they still exist - do they?
I cannot understand previous bad reviews, all we had was polite, good service, Ten doors ordered all arrived at stated day and time. We are very pleased with doors now they are hung look great. Excellent service all round.

Like others I ordered doors because it said next day delivery, I received a text message late on Tuesday to say they would not be delivering my two doors on Wednesday as arranged.
I spent ages trying to get through to them, to be told I would receive my doors on Friday. I have now had an email to say only one of them would be delivered the other one on Monday. I asked to speak to a manager but was told to leave a phone number and they will call me back I'm still waiting. I wonder if any one will ever phone!

I ordered a door online at 9am Tuesday morning. Which I needed before Friday. I paid for next day delivery so thought everything would be ok. Boy was I wrong. It's end of Thursday now and still no sign. Everytime I ring customer service they leave me on hold for over half an hour then say they'll ring me back once sorted the delivery time out and never do. I'm trying to get hold of them now for a refund. Been on hold 20 mins so far. Once youv paid they don't wanna give you your product or your money back. Absolutely disgusting service I would never use them again EVER!

I made two orders within 5 minutes for a promised delivery of a Friday as having them fitted on the saturday
Had one order delivered incorrectly twice after missing original promised delivery date - meaning had to cancel fitting completely.
You have to wait nearly an hour to speak to someone on customer services - at a cost, though sales orders are answered in 2 minutes.
Promised phone calls back which I did not receive.
Asked for compensation and offered £4.30 as a "goodwill gesture".

I purchased 3 doors and selected a delivery date, on the day of delivery I tried to track my purchase, their website was down the entire morning till 13:00, called their number x6 each time on hold for over 15 minutes, I finally managed to speak to a chap who suggested the doors are not shipped as they are waiting,
I received no email or notification.
I received no reassurance that they will put their error right.
All in all, this is an example of worst customer service one could receive. Over promise and severely under deliver. I'm not sure where they get the "HAPPY CUSTOMERS" rating of 4 stars from?!

I saw all the bad reviews and was really worried - i needn't of. All went absolutely fine was kept up to date with where my product was and the delivery company were great - phoning to say unfortunately they were going to be a little late so I give them 5 stars
It barely deserves 1 star, ordered with the promise of it being delivered the following day, it never turned up... promised the following and received a call the following day to say it could not be delivered... cut a long story short, 4 failed promises, 4 failed deliveries and I have since come off the phone to the complaints department to say they will not be delivering today... absolutely embarrassing and pathetic company.
Hurrendous service. £800 been took out my account to pay for the doors I have ordered and 3 times they haven't turned up and that is just for 2 doors. The other 7 doors aren't due to be delivered until later on in the year but I will be ringing up and asking for a full refund (if I can get through). Missing Door Hinges with delivery. I phoned to make inquires as to missing Hinges. I spoke with Michael Mills in customers services. A credit to this company. He smoothed over the symptoms of my problem got straight to the cure! He has a wonderful telephone manner. I thank you Michael.!

I was promised next day delivery for my order, then told AFTER payment that it will come two days later. I then received a text message on the day of delivery saying that due to 'a problem with our carrier network' the delivery could not take place as planned.
I cannot contact the delivery company as their number does not connect. Doorworld do not answer their phones - I have called several times and keep getting left on hold, the calls are not answered. I have also emailed them, but had no response.
Quite simply this is company is a fraudulent sham and must be avoided.

I have received the door I ordered. It was a six panel, I ordered a four panel and it states 4 panel on the order on the package. The door was damaged in 3 places, one of the a blatant hole. I have tried contacting them via their online form to upload photos, that doesn't work and I have tried to call them and was on hold for over an hour. Absolutely fuming as had the carpenter organised. I have now logged a complaint through PayPal as there seems no other way to resolve. Do not use this company
