I received these hair extensions and the ends were extremely thin and straggly looking. I ordered the black colored extensions and every piece had gray hairs all throughout! I couldn't even believe they sent these out to a customer!
I purchased extensions and the color was not right for me. Their return policy is 30 days unused. I hadn't even taken them out of the package. They would not accept my return or answer any of the emails that I sent to them.
First week hair was fine. Went down hill from there. Hair is frizzy and extremely knotted. Took them out after 2 weeks. Couldn't stand them anymore. After the first week it no longer matched my hair. The extensions changed color. Customer service is awful. They will never find anything wrong with their product. First set of extensions that people told me you could tell by was wearing fake hair. This also happened to my daughter. Same issues. Please do not order from here. There are so many better options!
I ordered my tape in hair extensions from the UK and they arrived via FedEx in 4 days. They were super easy to fit, 4 packs did a full head for me and the hair is great quality. I've been wearing hair extensions for 20 years and have had my fair share of disasters but these are up there with the good ones. I washed them in my normal shampoo and conditioner and the tapes are still strong and secure. Overall, I can't fault this hair or the service.
Do not order from this company. Their shipping times are awful. I paid over 30 dollars for shipping and package protection (which you must buy in order to order) I called with concerns about my shipping times... after being hung up on 3 times before even speaking to someone the representative told me it was perfectly fine with the company if I never place another order with them again because I felt that for my cost to ship the package it should arrive faster than over a week shipping time. She said I'm lucky I'm getting the package when people wait over 3 weeks for even shipping details.
Worst hair ever! I paid $600 for the hair to turn pink after a week of wear. So the first set was stringy and turned pink. The exchanged them, the texture was a lot better, but they still turned pink. They were not washed and used a heat protector before applying heat to them. My hair dresser has tried everything to get the pink tint out with NO luck. Would not recommend to anyone. Wasted $600! Good thing my hair dresser and the salon will never use them again. There is too many other places to order from.
I paid $21 for 1 business day shipping. My package did not arrive in that time frame, they refused to refund me the cost of overnight delivery and customer service was flippant and rude when I requested a refund on the shipping cost. Which is did not receive. I will buy hair elsewhere from now on.
I bought Donna Bella clip in extentions a few month ago. I have been wearing extensions for about fifteen years.These r awful. The first few times I wore them they were fine and then they turned 2 frizz. I live in the desert so it is not humid. I have bald spots on the back of my head so I need them. They were about $200.00 and I am on Social Security so I have to use my old ones that wore out after 5 years. No one will answer my texts. So disappointed.
I paid over $500 for 180g of real, Remy weft and k-tip extensions, but the hair I received feels very stringy and rough, like it's not real. Either this hair is damaged or synthetic. I loose well over 100 strands a day from having to constantly detangle it. The hair sticks to my skin and just overall feels awful.
So disappointed the clip ins barely had any hair… no volume. After Applying all the clip ins in my hair, the hair was so thin…. You would need to buy two boxes and even then the clips wouldn't fit on anyone's head… that's too many clips… I won't be purchasing again.
The wefts I received were poor quality,washed them one time with correct products and they are frizzy and broken. I contacted the company and they want me to answer a long questionnaire
And prove what I was saying … I've been a stylist and salon owner for over 35 years and I feel like this company does not stand behind the product
Purchased tape ins, were fine. Purchased some clip ins to use in between tape in redos and they hurt my head. Tried them in one time and they weren't good. Tried to return and since I tried them on they won't accept them back. I didn't style them, color them and put them back in the packaging and still won't return. I won't be buying from them again
I know you guys or some of y'all have had a bad experience.well let me tell you mine I went to Sally's beauty supply and bought some Donna Bella hair extensions they are so thin the hair would not blend Sally's beauty supply would not give me a refund even thou it was the same day they said nothing was wrong with them. Even though I couldn't show them because they wouldnt open the other boxes. So if you can't open the boxes then how the hell would you know that was how they were supposed to look so I contacted Donna Bella hair online and communicated with them through an email they sent me brand new hair extensions that are absolutely perfect and I got them within 4 days I am so pleased my advice is do not buy hair extensions from Sally's beauty supply I would always go through the company this hair is amazing I have put product on it toned it and it's still soft I love them so much
I was so excited to try the new hair extension. I ordered them and they arrived quite promptly. I had them fitted on Saturday and when i came to wash them for the first time, 5 extensions i. E 10 tapes just slid out of my hair! Their response"may have been a manufacturing error" and their way of putting right - "We will send you some extra tapes" all well and good except I bought them whilst on vacation in California and I live in England, so not only would I have to wait some time, I'd probably have to pay import fees! No mention that I had wasted a large amount of money having them installed, cut and blended and would then have to pay again for the same service. My advice - shop somewhere that doesn't just want your money. I have emailed them telling them I am unhappy and received no response to my last email.
I purchased my hair and had it installed by a licensed professional with experience. This is my first time using Donna Bella hair. She toned my hair and washed with Sulfate free shampoo when she went to blend and cut the hair they slid out. The tape was mushy and a waste. My stylist called and spoke to them and they told her that you had to wait 48 hrs. Before toning and cutting. Their solution was to re-tab the hair and clarify it and do another install. This added extra expense that is very annoying and costly. I have had other brands installed and never had this issue. Very disappointing... Really look into other options.
I have been a customer for over 10 years. The past two orders of I links have came apart in my head losing all the hair only leaving the only the tip. Apparently they are trying to save money, going up on prices and sending out poor quality hair After 10 years Moving on to a better company
This is ridiculous now. I've been waiting many extra days for my package. It was supposed to come tuesday like the other 2 pieces of hair did now it's still not here. I payed extra for 2-3 day shipping and this was last week. I am beyond upset. I have a hair appointment sunday and i need the hair and i still don't have it. Not only this but I had major issues when i purchased these too. I am very upset and want my package. Also the tracking number is invalid
I ordered my extensions on 9/16. I received an email with a tracking number and was told it shipped and I will receive my order on 9/19. I emailed them on 9/23 they told me there is nothing they can do. I emailed them again on 9/28 and they advised they shipped here is the tracking number. It is now 10/1 and after a cancelled hair appointment and my other extensions already taken out I have an event to go to and am pretty sure they aren't going too arrive in time. I'm out over 100$ and not one person will help me. I am beyond annoyed and advised I wanted them to ship out new ones ASAP or refund my money and have not heard back. Very very disappointed with how this is being handled. I have super thin hair due to cancer treatments and really was looking forward to having these. Very very horrible way to treat customers.

I have been using Donna Bella tape in extensions for almost 5 years now. I have very fine hair. And use it for thinkness... with that said. I always get my hair on time. I always pay extra for 2day and always gets here on time... the quality is amazing... I truly believe if you rest the extensions like you would your own hair they last much longer. I but new hair once maybe twice a year depending on my lifestyle during those months (beach, sweat, mom life, or if I cut them or want longer hair). I love this brand and the hair it's amazing my hair dresser has switched over as well. She was very impressed with the quality. And I have five friends who use this brand now!
While I do believe consistency is key which is why this brand has lots of net comments. They clearly might not be consistent for some. But to say the product isn't great would be a shame. Because hair is a great quality.
I ordered my hair on Cyber Monday to take advantage of the sale., I paid $19 for 2 day fedex. I never got a tracking number and called on Wed. They said it would be to me no later than Friday. I then received a fake FEDEX tracking number and when I tried to track it FEDEX said they print a label and never send you the product and that they do this and blame them for losing the package. I have called, emailed and texted and no one has written me back. Im out $150 and now FEDEX cancelled that tracking number. This is the second time they did this to me and definitely the last.
Answer: Sometimes the tape will curl around you on hair making it difficult to remove and the i links its hard to get them out alone

Answer: I got tape in extensions, believing it is a full head of hair. I received 10 pieces for $140. For me, that isn't a good deal at all. I returned them and it took 14 days to get a refund. This is just my experience, if you buy them, I hope you have a better one.
