Donna Bella hair

All my hair melted. Do not buy horrible quality. When I tried contacting them they did not do anything to fix this issue

Is there a number for Bella Donna because i looked at my banking account and i was charged for two straitening irons and i only purchased one im beyond PISSED HELP ME PLEASE

They take your money but your extensions never come, that how they operate, so do not order from them and their hair is not that good!

I LOVE the Donna Bella line of hair. It's easy to access and for the most part, you get what you see I did get a full weft that was a little darker than I had hoped for but they took it back and sent me out what I wanted. I use the hy-bread weft the tape in and Kera link as well as the I link and clip-ins. I find that you will get what seems tome a thicker head f hair with tape-ins than the rest but my go-to is the hybrid wefts sew-ins i love them gives e more freedom but then so do I link and Kera it just less hassle with the weft woo on the thing you may consider id a mix of color you cannot do this with the hybrids. As its one weft. You cut into the length you need for your head. As the I link and Kera you can use several different colors if you chose to do so. The tape you can but i would not recommend as its more of a block of haor rather the strand by strand. I just simply love the hair iftaken care of proper can be reused several times. I used my clipins for 2 years andsill have rthme i keep my old tep in for a back up idfi need to fill a spot its fun and well worth the money as ive found tyou can gpelels where and pay more fo les

I don't usually do reviews. But I see so many negative reviews I feel the need to give mine!
I have been using Donna Bella tape in extensions for almost 5 years now. I have very fine hair. And use it for thinkness... with that said. I always get my hair on time. I always pay extra for 2day and always gets here on time... the quality is amazing... I truly believe if you rest the extensions like you would your own hair they last much longer. I but new hair once maybe twice a year depending on my lifestyle during those months (beach, sweat, mom life, or if I cut them or want longer hair). I love this brand and the hair it's amazing my hair dresser has switched over as well. She was very impressed with the quality. And I have five friends who use this brand now!
While I do believe consistency is key which is why this brand has lots of net comments. They clearly might not be consistent for some. But to say the product isn't great would be a shame. Because hair is a great quality.

I placed an order on the 28th of September, I received it on October 1st. As soon as I got my extensions and replacement tape, I knew I had to return it. The extensions were only 10 pieces when I thought it was a full head of hair. No where on the website did it say how many pieces of extension you are given. It is made to look like you are getting enough hair for your full head. Also the "platinum" blonde color is super yellow. Hey sent me a return label and I got the package in the mail on October 2nd. They said it took until October 13th to receive my order. When I called on the 14th to ask about my return. I was told they just received my return and it could take 2-3 days to process the return and get my refund once they get the product. I emailed them on October 16,3 days after they received the product and said It might not be processed until Monday. I am sorry, but you took my money immediately. Idk why it took so long to get mailed to them, or if they are lieing, but 14 days to receive a refund is a but ridiculous to me. I just want to warn everyone that if you are not happy with your product, don't expect a refund quickly.
