They dominos tells you 3 dollar tip if pick up your pizza etc. Dominos full of poop they give your a 3 dollar coupon. Which you have to use within a certain time. Of you do not use this coupon in time. You loose your 3 dollars. So no 3 dollar tip for you.

Dominos suck they don't even give you a cup of Feta cheese for our salad.At least what the GM said when he got on the phone.But they did 4 other times before.

I went in to my local Domino's to grab two medium-sized one-topping pizzas to take to a busy family member. It was early on a Saturday night. They wouldn't even take my order at the counter. I was told I would have had to order it three hours earlier! Very poor way to do business. Should be able to do orders at the counter! I would give "0" rating.

I want to tell you how impressed I am with Dominoes on Barker Cypress Rd (new shopping center).I have always had excellent service except one time. The staff especially Joshua are wonderful and are customer driven. I have been extremely ill since Friday and they noticed I could barely breath. I have bilateral pneumonia and serious flu symptoms. Well today I ordered delivery and told them to just put on the table at my front door. I would never endanger them as a person or nurse. I am 68 and when I saw that they wanted me to get better soon and with a happy face, I started to cry. The thoughtfulness and true caring meant so much to me. I have never had this done. I called Joshua to thank him and the other staff.i know that they would do anything for me. TO THE OWNERS: PLEASE REWARD THEM (ESPECIALLY JOSHUA) I I PLAN TO TURN THIS INTO THE TV STATION ABOUT BEST RESTAURANT SERVICE IN THE KATY AREA.

Lack of flavor, pizza over cooked, not enough sauce and the flavors are not what they used to be. Frozen pizza from the store is better.

Why do they put those little pretzel sticks in the box of garlic bread I asked him over and over do not give me the small hard ones I like the big pets OK thank you

They touch the phone and cash register and go head to make the pizza. This is so bad. I will personally will not be back or make any more order.

When you get a cheese and pepperoni pizza there's enough pepperoni on it perfect but if you order just sausage pizza they don't hardly give you any I had four or five slices that didn't have any sausage on it at all it was flat it had no flavor it was warm wasn't hot the most important thing is I'm handicapped and I cannot go down to get my pizza I'm in a wheelchair how can I roll my wheelchair down and then roll it back up carrying a pizza and possible it falls off your lap and they will not bring it up I had to call two people to see if they could go down and get it for me that's not fair to them or me it's an apartment place I'm on the 12th floor at least they can do is deliver I think that's very poor service

Ordered a medium hand tossed with meat, jalapenos and mushrooms and marinara sauce. I got a pizza (?) 1/2 without cheese, void of any noticeable marinara sauce, some slices with no meat, several slices just a piece of bread with scatterings of mushrooms and jalapenos. They weren't busy, it was 11:30 am when I ordered it, nobody was there when I picked it up so that can't be the reason - just a crappy pizza. I'm not too worried, I'll never go there again.

I think they ruined my food in spite, I think they let personal basis determine how they treated my order, it is not very business like, business is business or we all go more insane, I just wanted dinner, and they are employees, not Nazis...if they are they won't get my business, that crap is stipid

This is the response I get after not receiving something that was supposed to be given to me after a horrendous experience for being upset about being lied to

My food was cold the 1st time and because my daughter took one bite of the pizza they would do nothing to rectify their issue calling me a liar telling me That their food is never called. 2nd time I ordered from them which I never should have even done, They got my order mixed up with someone else, I asked them if my food was going to be cold they said no it's been sitting under the heat shoot for an hour, Of course my food came out cold when I called to inquire about it I was hung up on by the representative, storm. And the manager Frank Did not care at all all he did was provide me with the name of the man who hung up on me great managerial skills. What a s*** show, My God is it possible that their food can be as terrible as their customer service and their customer service be as terrible as their management They're batting a 1000 over there I'll tell you! Do yourself a favor call papa John's!
To top it all off I tried to follow a complaint and the 1 800 dominoes told me to call the store... pathetic all the way around!

So been over a year since I ordered from here and yet again it's shown me why I don't bother all sauce no cheese. Toppings all over the place and of all things to forget is the cheese burger sauce on top ‍ all I could taste is tomato paste. Buzzing.Burnt my natcos and don't get me started on how the food looks. Honestly don't know how these people are being shown how to make food but this is no way to be running a business. I did try leaving a complaint on there site but is no way of doing so. Never again will k order from any of the domino stores. Waste of money and effort

I went to buy pizza at Domino Pizza. I was greeted by Ms. Nataly Guzman. Ms. Guzman was so pleasant and accommodating. I had my order on time. She's very attentive to details. Definitely will come back.

I place an order at the Domino's #3370 4395 Union Road, Cheektowaga NY *******. In the instruction, I let the store know I could not shovel my snow at this time, I'm having back issues, I am a disabled vet, and I have documentation if they require it. The driver came to my house and told me he cannot give me my order because of the snow. I've been on hold trying to get my refund. I was hung up on, and when I call, they say I already received my order.

Ordered through menu log, type the correct address - RYAN - the "manager" in Wagga tell me I entered the wrong address for delivery, I go back to the original order, check it and called back as I indeed provided the correct address, only to receive a rather combative an EXTREMELY unprofessional response... I will not be supporting them again! Oh, and we did not actually receive the complete order:-(
