I find this site very difficult to use and I'm good with the internet.I can not find one place all my domains are located. They all have a random number and different passwords and id like to amalgamate them into one account... Im have trouble with login everytime.
I specifically turned auto-renewal off a month before the expiring date for my domain because I no longer need it and yet it charged me anyway. And now it seems I have a ".onine" extension as well that I never signed up for. Will be contacting bank to contest this charge.
It is unclear for what service I am being billed. I was recently billed and paid 4 amounts, 72.00,69.99,8.99,4.99. Please explain each of these. Also, why is it that I have another bill for my domain on 23 June?
I was overpriced for the google workplace, was charged twice as much and now it is not going to my google account, the email only goes into the cube. I am frustrated.

Your company has caused me issues at my bank because of the irregular charges and changes to amount all evening here. I have a written price now in a chat text and the new person is now trying to charge me a different price again...
Right after purchase of my domain, i went to check the summary so i can change DNS settings, etc., and its literally still not active, 24 hours later.
I need to do work on my domain and I'm stuck until it's fixed.
I am very unimpressed with the service. The level of difficulty accessing the site is ridiculous. This has been a very frustrating experience for me. Each time I log out, I'm concerned about the problem of trying to log back in successfully.
I would have given a better rating should I not have had to request 2 refunds for the Google Workspace that was never activated on the portal. Should have been tested prior to offering it to me. I spent way too much time waiting for your developers to fix the portal then more time trying to get a refund, etc.
I have registered 2 domains and taken a separate hosting plan with them. Recently I canceled my hosting, but kept my domains (not bound to hosting) and renewed them for 3 more years.
Today their technical team deleted my account with all the info like I never existed.
After talking to 4 of their so-called "Chat" customer service, I found out that I just have to create a new account. That is it! They just delete all your life and work in a minute, and you have to start from scratch!
Unlike other services after passing the
'Bot's' initial Chat - I found chatting to a real person fairly immediate ie. Not having to wait longer that 45mins mins mostly.
However, I was given the wrong information that led to me to taking my website elsware and just keeping my domain name with domain.com -
Actually little experience. Set things up then abandoned it entirely for a while. Life gets in the way sometimes. What was working has been fine and I will restart things and expect the same performance. It was very hands off and easy to work with for what little I did. I plan to make more/better use of it in the future.
I ordered 3 domains, but they did not fulfil any of it, I contacted the support team 6 times already, they are very polite but nothing was delivered so far,
So I asked for refund, since then there is a only silence :(
Setting up wordpress on one of my domains completely crashed out of the new, and totally messed up new interface. Then, when the old interface intervened and allowed me to continue, it did not save my password even thought it indicated that it did. What a f-ing mess.
I hate this $#*!ing company. This is the only domain host I've had where I get billed for things I no longer own. It just happened again. What the $#*! is wrong with your system. I just got billed for something through Paypal and it isnt my primary payment method. Un $#*!ing believable. I've called about the billing issue in the past, and I was treated like it's my fault. I cannot stand you $#*!s.

Absolutely terrible. I have had constant issues with this hosting service for well over a year and the main issues have yet to be resolved. I was forced into this business relationship and will be moving as soon as possible
I paid for a name and got one name free with it. I got your receipt of payment. 20min later your India's Reg agent took it back saying they are sorry but sold to someone else. It amounts to stealing. Case now in US consumer board.
My access to domain.com was disconnected. I tried several times to work with tech support to resolve the issue to no avail. Finally about the fourth time I tried again after re-opening the case twice after it was dropped... I got a tech who sent me a password and asked me to cut and paste it into the browser and access is restored. With no phone support, I will likely need to find another email support provider.
domain.com doesn't recognize my user id so I'm unable to get it to my account to get my domain name compliant. I tried to chat with them, but they close the chat after just 3 seconds. I tried several times, but in 3 seconds the chat closes. I called their 800 number that I had to google to find and I get a message, "This call is not included." and click (they hang up). I can't text them,because I can't get into my account. This is by far the worst Customer Service experience ever. In the meantime my online business sits dormant, unable to generate money. I ought to be able to recover the money I'm losing because of them.
Impossible to get ahold of help. Your live chat does not work, I can't get anyone to answer on the phone. I need help getting my website live and have been trying for two days now with no help. Really annoyed over it.

It has to many errors at the moment, all the time when I came here and I want create something, it is difficult to fix or takes a longer time until I get a reply.
It popup now regarding registrar privacy, but then it said, it not possible right now!
